Les Miserables
- The entire storyline of Les Miserables is thrown into a state of chaos when, after Jean Valjean is arrested for stealing bread, Phoenix wins the case and gets Jean off the hook. Fantine becomes a police inspector. Javert is adopted by a slave-driving family of innkeepers. Cosette, despite having not actually been born after Fantine became a police inspector, becomes Phoenix Wright's legal partner. Franziska becomes a nun. Jean sells his hair and teeth for money and becomes a prostitute. And it only goes downhill from there.
James Bond
- Phoenix and 007 switch places for a day after a night at the bar ends with a bet taken between the two. Q can't seem to tell the difference, while M has her suspicions, and Mia Fey becomes an official Bond girl.
Doom
- Our friend, the Doom Guy, accidentally blows up a team-mate with the rocket launcher. An imp, a hell knight, and an SS Nazi are among the various witnesses - and prosecuting the case is the Spider Mastermind, who is so large that the courtroom must be relocated to Map30 because there's more room there (and because the head of John Romero is judging).

However, this case isn't just going to be in the courtroom--no sirree. Vash, Wolfwood, and Phoenix will have to dodge the Gung-Ho Guns, the insurance girls, and the most dangerous whip on Planet Gunsmoke.

Phoenix must help various residents and police officers from the destroyed Racoon City win a compensation suit against the desperate for cash Umbrella Corp. S.T.A.R.S want to blow the lid off Umbrella's secret experiments. Leon S Kennedy just wants to get his nice leather jacket back. Gumshoe and Maggey must fight their way through a zombie-infested police headquarters to find the crucial evidence. And Phoenix meets his toughest opponent yet - Umbrella's top lawyer 'Mr Tyrant'.

Cammy White is your defendant. She has no memory of her past but is arrested for murdering countless men. You'll need to find out what really happened to her (Street Fighter fans and such would know).
Detective Gumshoe is overthrown and replaced by Chun-Li as she will do anything to get her behind bars. You'll need to find out why (Again, Street Fighter fans and such would know).
Prosecutor Edgeworth needs her behind bars as Shadoloo kidnapped Franziska... But he's keeping quiet about it (Like what happened to Phoenix in JFA).

Picture this: On a dark and stormy night, Edgeworth is shot and killed. The suspect is none other than Wilhelm, enigmatic immortal and CEO of the powerful business conglomerate Vector Industries. Phoenix has to defend him in court, but how can he, caught between grief for an old childhood friend and a defendant who willingly admits to having shot him - yet adamantly denies having killed him?
Still he tries, despite overwhelming evidence and a certain whip-happy prosecutor. Then at the last moment, when all seems lost, Edgeworth himself strides into the courtroom! Wearing a fugly green cloak to boot! This is where it all starts going to hell. Displaying superhuman strength and skill, Edgeworth proceeds to slaughter everyone in the courtroom except Wilhelm, Phoenix (whom he kidnaps), and Franziska (whom he presumed he killed but was merely wounded). Franziska is rescued by a boy named simply "chaos", and, aided by Phoenix's allies, they must rescue him and uncover the dark secrets surrounding Vector Industries, Edgeworth's resurrection, and the search for the mysterious artifact called the Zohar.
And then Godot turns into a Gnosis and kills everyone in LA.

Mitsuki thought that being an idol was hard, but now she's been accused of murder! Masami Ooshige, Full Moon's (Mituski's singing and healthy alter-ego) manager, and Seiji Wakaoji, Mitsuki's doctor and Full Moon's producer, put Phoenix Wright to the case.
Phoenix talks to Full Moon, but no one knows what her real name is! Or rather, if anyone does, no one's telling Phoenix. Also, she seems to be talking to someone named 'Takuto' when no one's around! Or is there?
I thought it would be hilarious because Pearl and Maya are mediums, but Mitsuki is accompanied by two Shinigami, Takuto and Meroko, who normally can't be seen by living humans (Mitsuki can though).

While walking home, Phoenix trips and falls into a fountain, dragging Maya down with him...coincidentally at the same time that Shibuya Yuuri falls into the fountain. They get sucked into the world of demons and much insanity ensues. Maya fangirls over how heroic Wolfram is, steals Gwendal's plushies, and poor Phoenix gets lost and confused. And is attacked by humans because he has black hair. Oh, and he has a hard time explaining to everyone but Yuuri (who just makes it more confusing) what a lawyer does.
Turnabout of Dragons (PW/Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword)
Phoenix has to defend Jaffar in court for the murder of
Spoiler: oooh, Jaffar killed somebody.
and Edgeworth's prosecuting. Flashbacks ensue, and Nergal makes an appearance, bringing along lots of scary dark magic and an ancient fire dragon!
Luckily, Eliwood and his army came along to beat the crap out of the bad guys...when they're not angsting.

Before they know it, they find themselves living several different versions of the same few days, all of them with sad, horribly twisted, and violent endings before Phoenix and Maya finally have enough, jump out of the game system and start yelling at the player "STOP MESSING WITH THE SAVE FILE!!"
