Personally, i think that fans of Penny Nichols, Lisa Basil, everyone from 2-3 or 4-3, Viola Cadaverini and the DeLites shouldn't hold their breath.

The AJ characters is hard to say right now. I have a feeling we might not see the Kitakis in GS5, but that doesn't mean they might not get in trouble again in another game down the line. Also, I don't think Stickler or Olga will show up again either. It's really hard to say who is a minor character in this arc right now, but those are my guesses since they are from the first two cases.

As for the PW arc characters, well... I don't think Pearl and Maya are out of the question. Edgeworth is getting his own game, so he's not really necessary.

Of the old cast I could see some of the less important main characters reappearing such as Larry or Gumshoe. I don't think we'll be seeing Maya, Pearl or Edgeworth again, to be honest.

I doubt any PW characters will return (except of course Phoenix and Ema). Another may show up, but not many.
