If the statute of limitation for murder is only 15 years in the game (as compared to no limit in real life,) wouldn't some characters get off easier due to possible lower limits expiring for lesser crimes? (Perjury, tampering with stuff, assault, blah blah blah?)
Mabey they could as nobody seems to get in any real trouble for perjury and/or obstruction of justice except Adrian. Then again the leagal system in Japan is supost to be pretty tough on crime...I guess the statute for murder in AA was just for dramtic purposes.

He and Chinami are the only one's the game flat out says were executed. Some people say JFA implies Von Karma was but I didnt get that impression myself.

I took it as he would never be let out of prison muchless able to pratice law again. Phoenix's reaction to hearing he would have to go up agenst Von Karma in court (before finding out it was his daughter) lead me to think he was still alive and locked away in prison but there was some fear that he could find a way out AND get back in court being that he is THE Manfred Von Karma.

Pretty likely. But he's already dead, so I don't think the game makes and confirmation as to whether he died because of the Death Penalty or not.

also, i think the reason he killed gregory is because of partial revenge, after his perfect flawless win record was ruined, not just because he was shot..
otherwise he would have shot yanni yogi instead, because Yanni is the only one that could of been carrying a gun,
in logic,
V.K should have assumed Yanni shot him, and not gregory (even though neither did)
partial revenge could be used as a side-motive,
anyway

Also, in case 15, it shows Jake in rehab.
