The only reason i'm saying this is because i've had experience with that specific artwork myself.
You sacrificed way too many details on the clothing, and in all honesty the face needs a lot of attention.

I tried lightening the tie, but .gif doesn't like it for some reason, and I need to animate this later.
I also tried to fix the face a little more, Recoloured the hair, and made the badge more visible...

I edited Apollo's body, And traced some Neil Marshal concept art for the head.
I like the hair, which I edited quite a bit to give that whipped cream type of look.
