He's in fact inspired by the somewhat freaky looks of my boyfriend ... But it seems like I'm just having too much Godot on my mind ...
Anyway, thank you for your praise! He could replace Winston, but van Egrimm's skills top his by far, I'd say.

the guy is dutch? i don't believe it: his name doesn't sound dutch. it sounds more german.
this raises a question with me: are you duth perrydotto? if not i understand. if so: ZOMG! i'm shokked. if your going to make a character who is dutch or has family from holland try to create a dutc name or as a dutch person to make an name.
you might have figured out i'm dutch. if you like i could try to make a dutch name for him.
