Actually yeah I think I was going to say you can get done for accidental malpractice.
The case would simply revolve around proving it was intentional which would be really hard.....and the difference would be manslaughter and murder and the manslaughter verdict would be serious enough.
Malpractice is lose-lose for Doctors.

If we go withthe fatal blows so far there has been:
6 deaths due to a blunt force to head or neck
4 stabbings
4 people who were shot
2 poisonings
An electrocution
And a strangulation
So I think there sould be some more inventive ones

Wouldn't find the murderer's fingerprints on the sniper rifle? Also, most sniper guns are powerful enough to rip through a person's body (I think... I'm not too expereienced in this field)

I of course - mean being chopped into a hundred little pieces (so that it'd be impossible to identify the victim until later on in the case).

^The person that always kills the victim is most likely to be the defendent. Even if it wasn't, they could just get another person framed for it (they could look up to see if their was any 'bad' blood between the two). And a witness wouldn't be too hard to find
...Then how about 'not' into a hunred little pieces and just the head, arms, legs? It'd be pretty easy to identify them then.
