Everybody is calling Gyakuten Kenji Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth in English. But the logo reads Miles Edgeworth:Ace Attorney - Investigations. Just like JFL is called Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Justice for All not Ace Attorney Justice for All: Phoenix Wright.
Ether everybody is reading the logo wrong, or I am reading the logo wrong, OR this hints that Capcom may make an Ace attorney investigations with another character.
I think that is what it is because i doubt they will make another Miles Edgeworth game with another subtitle (such as Miles Edgeworth:Ace Attorney - Court Room Battle in witch you would play as Edgeworth but as opposed to investigating you would be in the court room) unless its like Miles Edgeworth:Ace Attorney Investigations with an extra subtitle like in JFL and T&T where is called Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney with the extra subtitle of Justice for All or Trials and Tribulations.

I reserved it at Gamestop earlier this week, and they have "Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth" in their system.

But honestly, think about it this way, "Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney" sounds good because "Ace Attorney" is Phoenix's title. "Miles Edgeworth: Ace Attorney Investigations" doesn't really sound as good. I think it's more like, the game is "Ace Attorney Investigations" starring Miles Edgeworth.

ohhhh. so you are saying this ace attorney investigations could become a spin of series starring other characters from the AA world.

Actually I think it would be a good idea having games starring different characters since one game with Miles is enough and I really would love to know more about Franziskas life.

I think Edgeworth won't be the only attorney getting it's investigation game. Maybe Kristoph will get one, making a back story for both Kristoph and Klavier. Maybe Franziska will also get an investigation game, making a backstory for her and probably giving any back story.

I rather call it "Miles Edgeworth: Ace Attorney - Investigations".

Imagine they make a just-investigation version of GS1. Then, it would be called "Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Investigations".

So, imagine there is a GS (not GK) Miles Edgeworth game. It would be called either "Miles Edgeworth: Ace Prosecutor" or "Miles Edgeworth: Ace Attorney" (for trademarking/marketing reasons). So the investigations-only part of that game would be called "Miles Edgeworth: Ace Attorney - Investigations".

Then: I'm pretty sure Apollo Justice was sometimes called "Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice". So, if we follow the logo images, then the only game called "Attorney Name: Ace Attorney" would be GS1, which's logo featured the "Phoenix Wright" in bigger words than "Ace Attorney".
This changed since JFA. CAPCOM calls GS2 "Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice for All", even when the logo image reads "Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright - Justice for All". The same with GS3.
So, someone correct me, but I'm pretty sure GS2/maybe also GS3 were called "Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright - Subtitle" at least once by the media.

The last theory is that the game is called "Miles Edgeworth: Ace Attorney Investigations", leading to the deduction that "Ace Attorney Investigations" is a "different" series than "Ace Attorney", and that the game is being called "Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth" based on the logo image.

tl;dr: Who cares. It's an Edgeworth game.

Sincerely, I think GS5 doesn't exist, and, when they were saying they would make it, they meant another game in the "Gyakuten Saiban" universe. After all, we just have a 2-year old word of "A new game in the Gyakuten Saiban series", which could very well be GK.

So, when they finally decide to make another Gyakuten Saiban-not Kenji game, they will announce it as so, as a sequel to either GS3 or GS4, or maybe even a prequel, who knows.

I remember the CAPCOM announcing somewhere that GS5 would come out sooner or later, but I have to agree with you that GS5 doesn't exist right now, or they would had leaked even just some very tiny information.I'm pretty sure that the GS4 artist is still working for the company, but we haven't heard anything from Shu for a long long time and I really start to worry about that. :sadshoe:

Well, I believe in the "Ace Attorney Investigations = separate series" theory until someone proves it false.

And I also agree that GS5 doesn't exist, maybe because I don't care about it.

No one knows Capcom is trying to make 'Ace Attorney' a series name? Think about it, we can call Gyatuken Saiban: GS1, GS2, GS3...GK. Why not call Ace Attorney: AA1, AA2, AA3, AA4, AAI. So, basically the names are now added as the subtitle instead of using them as main titles.

Just my 2 cents.

I agree, I think we will hear bits n pieces on GS5 sooner or later.
I thought the title of GS4 was "Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney" not "Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice".

For GS1 it was Phoenix Wright - Ace Attorney (PW in larger letters), then with JFA, T&T, the "Ace Attorney" part was larger.
