I haven't played Hotel Dusk in awhile, So I can't get you exact directions . But here is a walkthough: http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/933043/46777

I use that walkthough whenever I am stuck . I hope that helps! :)

Exactly WHERE does it "not work"? You can't post with "It didn't work." You need to be more specific. If you are speaking about the part with the black light and the paper, then you may have not actually recieved the black light from the storage room. I dislike poor grammar.
