That would be a contradiction.
Spoiler: mild first and last case apollo justice
Klavier's first case agaist his brother was suppost to be the zac gramarie case, but then zac switched attorneys. he says something similar to "This was suppost to be a fair fight, brother to brother" As far as you find out they never actually battle in court agaist each other before kristoph goes to jail for zac's murder. Blame zac for their lack of court interaction.

Great comic though! It's the first one I've actually read and enjoyed! i'd usually have given up saying it was a load of rubbish by now.

That's not a contradiction. I think what you've got wrong here, like others before you, is the timeline. The comic begins in 2023, two years before Apollo Justice's first case. And at present, this is a flashback to 2021. But this is still 3 years after the Zak Gramarye case.

Then it's still not really going to happen...As he said, Klavier never says anything about going against his brother but that one time, in which he was SUPPOSED to go against him, but never does. In other words, he's never gone against his brother.
I understand the timeline completely, just saying in the (2025-2026 Actual Game) Timeline, Klavier stated he never went against his brother, (As he said, 'As far as we found out'.) It's not contradicting anything at all, it's just saying that Klavier couldn't really have been the prosectuor unless you twisted his word a bit.

ANYWAY, excusing that longwinded explanation, I'm looking forward to the next updates.

You'll have to ask Yuma and Oyashiro-Tan about that. Kohal was designed by them, and put out as a spriting request. I took the request, and was very proud of the result. I needed a prosecutor for this comic, and asked them if I could use Kohal.

Well, Gumshoe has already said that the only person who entered was Beryl. It pretty much goes without saying that Beryl was the only one who checked in. So it had to be a student. And the only student who should have been up there was Apollo. Q.E.D.

...You know why I'm suspicious of Badcock, as long as we're tossing theories around?

Previously, I had nothing to go on, but now I'm starting to wonder.

...Badcock suggested that they check the security system...the fact that only Beryl's ID was in there was incriminating Apollo.

Spoiler:
Now, call this crazy, but I think Badcock shoved Beryl out the window, screwed with the security system so that his ID wasn't recorderded [Which he likely could have done] then said "hay guys, maybe we should check the security system!] to throw the suspicion on Apollo.

...Of course, it's all just a theory at this point in time. Not enough evidence to support it.

Spoiler:
Would he even know how to do that? Even if he knew how, would he be able to do that without any sort of witnesses whatsoever? Despite the fact the time of death was around 5:40, this is a university, so staff should still be around to an extent. I'd imagine even if there weren't people around, messing around with the system isn't exactly flawless work.

(Of course, Kristoph didn't get a proper chance to investigate anything nearby thanks to KoHass, so maybe we just haven't found anything out yet, as you said.)

Wrong. Klavier's body, Franziska's head, a lot of editing, hey presto.

AND ARE YOU IMPLYING THAT KOHAL ISN'T HIGH QUALITY?!

EDIT: Oh, wait. You meant the Boxart. Yeah, Oyashiro-Tan drew that. I was doing a Franziska edit, but it was too difficult. If I ever finish it, i'll upload it.

You know? I find a contradiction with time in this comic.

It's right at the beggining. Apollo Justice is based in 2026 not 2025. So the first case would be based on 2024 not 2023. So the second case you be based in 2022 not 2021. The prosecution rests.

First off, that inconsistency is actually Capcom's burden. They have ballsed up the timeline repeatedly. As such, it is a little unclear as to wether or not it takes place in 2025 or 2026.

However, none of this is of any consequence. It is not of any improtance how far away this comic is away from Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. I have stated OUTSIDE OF THE COMIC that it takes place two years before AJ, but never inside the comic itself. It is stated that it takes place in 2023/2021, and the date of Apollo Justice does not affect this.

No, it doesn't allow students in. It's a Staff Room. The security system was intended to keep students out. So yeah, Apollo was let in from the inside, presumably by Beryl.

Quad Erat Demonstandum. It basically means, "That is absolute and irrevocable".

Er.... No.

It's Quod Erat Demonstrandum and it actually means "What had to be proven".
You say it after you've provided a proof for something that needed to be proven. For example, in mathematics.

It was still right in the context but don't teach people wrong things.
