And, hmm... the only hint I can find at a glance is Natasha's VISA's issue date, 22 Dec 2020. But that's probably just a random date...

Funny, because I remember doing so. It was in one of the ad sigs.
Anyways, to clear this up; Tsuki's birthday is on the 24th of October.
Also, about the accent; Victor's accent was originally going to be a bit more extreme, replacing th's with z's and i's with ee's, but in the end I figured an Ambassador should at least be able to speak the language that much better. Besides, all i's being ee's would be unmanageble in terms of size.
And I noticed... It's funny how everyone complained about Francis offering a 16 year old girl a date but nobody gave a second thought about Victor offering that girl vodka.
But anyways. It took a while - I've been busy with school - but UPDATE!!!
I hope I'll be able to get back to my daily updating long past again when I have summer vacation.
Speaking of Vodka, I got to taste some authentic vodka (None of that mixed or cheaply produced stuff) yesterday. Good stuff.

As for the vodka matter, that slipped under my radar. Truth be told, it is a bit out of place; tea's also a rather common drink to offer to guests in Russia--especially guests who aren't allowed to drink alcohol. Гм... For some reason I thought the drinking age in Russia was lower than eighteen, though.

Payment's such a harsh word... Especially since we're talking about acquaintances. I think 'sign of gratitude' would fit better in this context. Not that anyone would want to go on a date with him.
