Wouldn't give him information? He gave him information!
Anyway, the reason I had him be AWOL was because Hair & Beauty was on the second floor, and Photography is on the third. It wouldn't make sense for him to go straight to the Photography class.

Wups, typo. Oh well, can't be asked to fix something so minor.
Also, that's only photographic paper that white light harms, not the chemicals. The chemicals are used to make the photographic paper resistant to white light.
(I took a course in photography a couple years back.)

Well yes, in the darkroom. As has already been somewhat-stated by Kristoph, there is an adjacent darkroom. This is where the photographic paper is used.
