(Fwew... Finally finished reading the entire thing... O: Well, he'll be late.. of course... >.>; Makes more sence... Since... No one would just overlook someone like Apollo being there...)

Apollo had entertained the thought about actually joining the class, he could use some scientific knowhow to aid in his persiut of 'Justice', consequently buying the reservation quite litterally on the last minuet, and then had almost forgotten that it started today.
He'd rushed out the door after almost choking on a cup of tea glancing at the callendar, and then spluttering upon discovery of the time, Already late! And I haven't even left my place yet?! Apollo left the mess of splattered tea to clean up later, and darted out the door.
He madly sprinted down the road, he stopped at a window to adjust his hair, it wasn't sitting right, but then periferally spotted a large clock's face on the reflection, he spun around and gasped, "I'm gonna be so late!!" he rasped still slightly out of breath, but mostly under the influence of his riggerus chords of steel training.
The almost lost his footing in the hallway and then he swung the door open, "I'm so increadably sorry I'm late! It'll never happen again!!" he bellowed, disrupting the class.
He panted, catching his breath, and then made his way to the teacher, "I'm Justice Fine, and I'm Apollo..." he stopped and then smacked his forehead with his palm, "I-I mean I'm Apollo Justice! And I'm FINE!!!" his voice turned into a nervus squeak at the very end, Why do I always screw up on first impressions?! Apollo glared at the ground, feeling utterly humilliated, and very light-headed from the rush.

The teacher was busy waiting for Nick to pick, until apollo came in. "I'm so increadably sorry I'm late! It'll never happen again!! I'm Justice Fine, and I'm Apollo... I-I mean I'm Apollo Justice! And I'm FINE!!!" The teacher stared at apollo. "Umm, are you sure you are fine? You have tea dripping down all over you..." the class started to laugh, and the teaxher giggled. she walked over to the sink and got alot of paper towels, handed some to apollo and started to clean the floor. when she was done, she got a towel out and said "H-Here, use this..." she started to giggle more, as the class laughed.

"Apollo?!" Ema exclaimed as he walked trough the door. Her eyes met the stained tea, and she giggled a bit. As the teacher handed him a towel, Ema thought "I thought this teacher would be a bit smarter. At least use water on the stain.' (( Wow. you do realize you made Apollo the biggest fool I have ever seen? Lol, but I could see him doing just that. :P ))

((Heheh, he is terrible with first impressions I found... Otherwise... if you know him... He'll be an average Joe... And it takes others to make him a fool... but boy does he walk into traps easilly... X3 Heheh, don't worry, I got it all figured out...I'm fine![Really!...] Don't mind my bragging, but although I am far from the best Roleplayer, I give myself credit due, as in being a pretty talented one... >.>; I cosplay, and Rp... You needa know your charicture's inside out.. you gatta know what they'd do in improv, you gatta know what they eat, you gatta know how they sit, the motions they do... He mopped himself up, "And this suit is dry clean only..." he muttered angrilly to himself.
Apollo gave the teacher a sheepish grin and spied a seat close to Ema and relitively close to Phoenix; he sighed taking his seat, realizing that he just caused his reputation in the classroom to be nearly impossible to mend, considering he was known by only a few, namely Pheonix, who sees him as a rookie, and Ema, who he could never be sure of her oppinion of him -Skye's mood changes as frequently as the wheather....
Apollo didn't bare look at either Pheonix or Ema, he took it for granted they were still laughing at him, he heard Ema...Yeah... Science class... Bright idea...
He shrank down into his seat, but it's practically impossible to not draw attention with two prongs protruding from your forehead, and like an ostritch he stared at the ground, a little self-reassuring lie that's obviusly bust 'What you can't see can't hurt you'.

(Heh... He'll loosen up soon... >.>; Sometimes my charictures have a mind of their own... Dunno if anyone else gets this, but sometimes it's impossible to get them to do something out of characture? Iunno... >.>; )

The teacher answered it, hung up, locked the doors, and turned off the lights. "C-Class... T-There has been a criminal released into the b-building's area... We must keep our doors locked, and keep the lights off.

Ema jolted up as the alarm rang. she remembered what it meant... "Serious Emergency!" "C-Class... T-There has been a criminal released into the b-building's area... We must keep our doors locked, and keep the lights off." the teacher stammered. Ema was wide eyed. "W-WHAT?!" ((Heh. Criminal breakout! Dont ask me why i added it. the idea just flew into my mind. (maybe I could ask my Trucy if she'd enjoy being the teacher?... :/ She's usually a willing person... :D And she's played teacher-ish people before...)

Apollo jumped up at the sound of the alarm, "Wha--?!" he exclaimed but his fears were explained to him, he swallowed hard, "R-right... No need to panic... We'll be safe... C'mon Justice... Pull yourself together... Okay... Okay... I'm fine!" he reassured himself in a whisper as he joined the class huddled in the part of the room away from the windows.
Apollo's mind raced, Why does this stuff happen to me?! he gritted his teeth feeling utterly pittiful for a moment, and then descided to do something to calm his nerves, "I'm Apollo Justice and I'm Fine.... I'm Apollo Justice and I'm fine... I'm Apollo Justice and.... I'm Fine..." he stopped trembling to open one eye to see how everyone else was fairing to the situation, he felt he was doing the right thing with not panicking and all, but he wanted to judge his actions on the other's, I seriusly hope I don't look like a fool even right now... he wished, scanning over the rest of the class's faces.

(Yup... The only way to change how the charicture will act, is to change the situation... ;3 That's how I always do it... You almost have to pressure them to do it... :/ Otherwise... It just seems.... Unnatural...)

((Older. and yay! a teacher! well, she would have to be nice for the first few days, but then get stricter. thats how I was gonna do it.)) Ema almost dropped her snackoo bag as she huddled with the rest of the class. She basically curled into Nick, freaked out. The teacher said "E-Everyone, we cannot resume like this forever. P-Please, do not get too scared. We will probably g-get the okay s-soon." She was shaking badly, like she was in a winter storm.

Apollo found releif in seeing that everyone else was eaqually as freaked out as he was if not more, although he felt utterly helpless in these kinds of situations, I'm a defence attourney... But I can't defend myself in these situations! he heaved feeling a tad ill, It's like being stuck at the top of a ferriswheel... It's got you on edge, you want to see the situation, but fear seeing it at the same time, and if you risk moving too much... Well... he swallowed hard, "Psst.... Ema.... How do they take care of the problem here?... Please tell me they don't just wait for the guy to get bored and leave..." Apollo didn't pay any attention to his teeth chattering like castonettes.

....She had never dealt with a criminal before. Although she was afraid, she knew it was her duty to protect her students. "now everyone gather to the end of the room, across from the windows and doors."

She glanced over the classroom at Nick, Phoenix, Maya, Ema and Apollo. Her strangest students in a long time. They all seemed to be panicking...and Apollo was chanting something to himself.

"Everyone snap out of it!!!" She exclaimed, the adreniline rushing and her instincts kicking in. "Now, huddle all together"

Apollo had almost lost his mind to Ema's inseccent snacking, How can you eat at a time like this?! he wondered after his realization of her actually eating at a time like this.
Apollo swallowed hard, it all came down to what they were armed with, recalling the 45-caliber rifle brought a shiver to his spine, that gun would make easy work of the walls here.

The office replied "Well, the criminal is loose, and they have a VERY powerful gun, a knife, and... a mask. he is wearing heavy armor that he stole from a policeman, and is threatening to jump in here and kill everyone if we don't give him three students!" the last part came out as a squeak.

The teacher had said "IM NOT GIVING UP ANYONE!" and so that might mean he had a hostage, or he wants one! Still, Ema tried to keep her fear from showing. She munched on some snackoos as she watched Apollo. She went over to him and said "Apollo, please stop. I think E-everything will be O-Okay..." Ema wasn't quite sure of that, herself, though.

(Dude... It's a novel experience... I've only been a hostage in a poorly written quiz... >.>; I don't mind... Either way.... Regardless of whether Apollo himself minds....)

Apollo gazed up into Ema's eyes, something about the hue of his eyes were a tad off, maybe they were getting a red reflection from his suit? "E-ema?...." he sighed, "You don't quite look calm to me..." he sighed, "To be honest... There's not part of me that isn't shivering.... I hope this all ends well..." his teeth chattering became more obvius.

In the huddle, Skye trembled at the thought of facing an unknown gunman, but she was not going to get rattled, she told herself furiously, she had to be strong for everyone else, who had no previous experience with criminals like this, unlike her... Skye, snap out of it! You can change nothing about the past, focus on changing the present! She duly noted that Ema was munching snakoos, the teacher was yelling things that had no real effect, so Skye would have to sort out something.
"Everyone, please, listen to me. I will go outside. M'am, I cannot think what we have in common, as I have barely known Ema for about 2 hours, Nick about 1, and I know no one else. I have had previous experience with criminals like this, and I know that they do not joke,"

Three people - not necessarily the ones he said, possibly three members of the police - must go out there hooded and cloaked. They must ask him who he is, and get information. Meanwhile, the others will hide concealed nearby. There is a chemical which produces a large amount of smoke when set alight, and I can see it over there. The concealed people will then set this chemical alight in front of the gunman, and then the lot of us make our getaway," Skye finished. "But sir-" she turned to Phoenix "You are right. I am full of fear right now. I do not know whether my plan will work... and..." Skye couldn't end her sentence as she broke down into tears.

A criminal was on the loose.
Nick began to panic, but then realised that that wouldn't help anything.
So, gradually, he slowly came to terms with the present situations.
The homicidal man wanted him, Phoenix, Maya, Skye and Ema.
They also wanted three other people, Jake, Jenny and Lana.
Now, what did all of them have in common?
Nick already knew Phoenix Maya Skye and Ema, but what about the other 3?
He'd never met them before, until today.

Spoiler: 1-5

Glancing round the room, in case he could pick up any clues, he saw Maya waking up.
"Maya, don't panic, but there's a murderer on the loose and he wants us as hostages."

...Later on, he regretted saying that.

Skye announced her plan.
Nick realised, how brave she was, to say such a thing.
And, as she said, there was a bottle of sodium chlorate on the shelf.
"That's a very clever plan, Skye.
But, I was just thinking, the time needed to create the smoke bomb would take 5 minutes at least. In that time, the criminal may get impatient and act violently or something like that,"
he turned to Phoenix, "Well, at least you get the explosions you wanted."

Apollo pulled his priceless look of bewilderment(the one in my avatar) and continued to think hard, but it was more of a veil, he hoped someone else could bail him out on this, he spent more time pondering how Ema could possibly offord to daydream at a time like this.

Apollo looked to Phoenix, "Huh?", he nodded agreeing that making a list of things to do could help allot, "Y-yes, sir!" Apollo felt a rush of importance take him over, Alright Justice! All you have to do it dream up ideas... You're good at that.
Apollo masaged his forehead with his index finger as he looked over everything in the room, Think... Think... Think... he snapped his finger, "Aha!" he grinned, "Here's one: you see that skellington over there?"(Every good science class has one of these) he said gesturing to the model skellington across the room, "And how about those lab coats?" he pointed to the labcoats hanging on the wall, "And..." Apollo continued to look around the room, "M-mr.wright... If you wouldn't mind... We could use you hat.... Or someone's hat... I'm sure it would obviusly look like a skellington without a hat..." he chuckled sheepishly, "And then... We need a string..." Apollo shrugged, "A decoy..." he thought harder, "And... We should knock out the guy from behind..." he paused, "I-if anyone is brave enough to do any of that..." he shrugged.
