I can't recall crying, but there are a few that have made me quite sniffly and misty-eyed (which is... probably crying anyway, hunh XD).

Spoiler: Trials and Tribulations 3-5
Everything had already been so heart wrenching up until this point, but when the lights were turned off in court and there was simply Godot's visor shining those three red bars in total silence... I officially realized what a tragic end everything had come to.

Spoiler: Silent Hill 3
Harry has always been one of my absolute favorite video game characters. So when you finally reach your home (as Heather) believing the hellish nightmare might be over and only see your father, Harry, the one kind and compassionate person in your life (and past life, right?) murdered in his recliner... It really, really got me.

Spoiler: Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon
The chapter where you defeat Gharnef. The conversation where Marth and Elice are reunited started, and I broke into tears.

Here's the conversation.

Soldier: Sire! We found Princess Elice up in the Tower of Thabes!
She's on here way to see you right- Ah, here she is!

Marth: Elice!!!

Elice: Marth! Oh, look at you. A grown man!

Marth: Sister, I was so worried. None had seen you since the castle fell. I...I feared the worst.

Elice: I was prepared for the worst, if that was what it took to ensure your safety. But they did not kill me. Gharnef spared my life.

Marth: Why would he spare you?

Elice: Marth, have you heard of the staff of Aum?

Marth: The staff that brings back the dead? It was lost to the world long ago, or so the legend goes.

Elice: Yes, but Gharnef found it in the Resurrectory.

Marth: The Resurrectory? What was it doing in a temple in the middle of Dolhr?

Elice: I could not say. But that was why Gharnef kept me alive: he wished me to wield it. The staff of Aum's power can only be channeled by women of royal blood. Marth, you are going to Dolhr, are you not?

Marth: Yes. I must settle things with Medeus.

Elice: Then take me to the Resurrectory along the way to claim the staff. Aum works but once, but I will use it to revive a lost comrade.

See, now THIS is why I put it in a spoiler tag. :will:

Spoiler: Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes
I was fighting the guards at the heliport and I started crying. Dunno why, I guess I had something in my eye at the time.

Phoenix Wright, on many occasions, has made me cry. So did The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, probably because it was over.

BUT I had a HUGE Lump in my throat, when I played T&T Case 4.
Spoiler:
I mean, Fawles, who was minutes away from being found innocent, killed himself for a woman who never loved him, and he died thinking she did.
Dahlia gets away, and Mia finds her, but if she didn't, her mother would have never been killed, and Dahlia lived on to cause Misty's death.
Diego dies, helping Mia.
Mia dies because she was simply too good as being an attorney, before she found out the truth about her mother.

And It was all so much, I dunno if I actually cried, but... ;____;

I got a little teary at the ending of Final Fantasy X.

Spoiler: FFX & X-2
That being, Tidus disappearing leaving Yuna alone, when you know they were meant to be together.

I know, they get back together in X-2's perfect ending, but this was before then.

You'll be flooding tears once you start playing MGS4. There was only two times I teared up completely...
Spoiler: MGS4 spoilers
The return to Shadow Moses. For anyone that played the first game, the return to Shadow Moses is the fitting end to the circle of MGS. The haunting melody of 'The Best Is Yet To Come' down to every single memory where you had every single alert/cut scene.

Finally, the last tear moment was when Old Snake walks through the corridor full of microwaves. As he struggles to walk through that, you see Meryl and Johnny fighting hard to survive, Raiden (armless and with no way out) battling countless of FROGs whilst on deck, the rail gun from REX preparing to fire and end freedom once and for all. It's just so pointless to continue but you have to continue for his sake, for everyone's sake....

That is one of the single greatest moments in gaming history. I didn't get teary eyed because I'm not that kind of person, but I was completely blown away by it. I think it was the music that did it. Simply incredible.

Her story unfolded before she died. When she was telling it, and also sharing what she felt, it was really heartwarming and it made me she a tear or two.

Spoiler: Elisa's death - MGSPO
The background music playing which was the ending theme, "Calling to the Night" made the touching scene more tear-evoking than ever. Accompanied by Elisa's predictions in Big Boss' future before dying, it also made me shed a tear

When Kristoph got declared guilty. Both times he was convicted. I mean if Zak had just kept Kristoph as his lawyer then the events would have never happened. Not to mention how Klavier looked like after Kristoph's freak out. I mean it was a look of such pain and sorrow I mean I just wanted to hug them both.

None of them really make me cry, but I can remember at least one that made me feel really sad and bad for the characters at multiple points...

Majora's Mask

Arguably the best Zelda game, I especially felt sad for the Zora character who you turn into after you get the mask (his name escapes me), and the Deku Butler's son.

MGS3 and 4 absolutely destroyed me both times.

Spoiler: MGS4
As others have said, most of Act 5 killed me. Then the ending, when Otacon was explaining to Sunny where Snake had gone. Tears were replaced with shouts of 'WTF?!?!?!?' when Big Boss turned up. It was an amazing game though. Truly awesome.

But by far the worst was FFX-2

Spoiler: Opening
It's existance made me weep tears of pain and sorrow.

Hmm... it seems I haven't posted the many times in Apollo Justice when I cried. That game was so sad...

Spoiler: Apollo Justice... events in no particular order
-when the Court Lounge music from the first game began to play...so many memories...
-when I had to present to forged evidence. I even presented the wrong thing twice to stall myself.
-when Klavier held his head up and said to Kristoph: "Kristoph...it's over."
-when I looked in the Court Records and examined Phoenix's badge (right before he had to give it up) and he said "...better not lose it"
-when, in the Detention Center, I examined the camera and Phoenix said "Smile, you're on candid camera." again like old times.
-when the credits played.

When I finished FFIX for the first time. The last boss was so hard for me because my characters levels were really low and it was the first game I ever finished, so I was really proud of myself for actually finishing the game :acro:

When Aeris dies in FFVII. I didn't cry, but I could feel the tears coming up and I felt really sad for awhile.

Almost all of T&T, minus 3-2 and 3-3. Especially when you play it for a second time and you know what's gonna happen...
Spoiler:
I tear up every time in 3-4 when Fawles poisoned himself. I mean, it was pretty stupid for him to be so blinded by love, but still... He loved Dahlia and she just used him and couldn't care less about him. Everything in 3-5 was a sob fest for me. I could go on and on about how sad I feel whenever I play it. :larry:

I almost cried at the end of FFX. Tidus disappearing(even though he was super annoying the majority of the time) and that I finally finished the game(you don't know how many times I restarted that game. Not because it was hard, but because I usually made some stupid mistake, or I had no idea where I was after not playing it for a long time.).

KH2 made me tear up when...
Spoiler:
Axel dies. He was one of my favorite characters!! :larry:
