Out of every playable Attorney/Prosecutor - Phoenix & Payne use the nervous sprite the most times. Manfred Von Karma is the only one that's not used the nervous sprite a lot (we only see it when you try to prove if he has a bullet in his shoulder and when you prove that the bullet in his shoulder IS related to the DL-6 incident).
The Judge's bro has never ran a trial with Phoenix Wright as the Defence Lawyer. Maybe small.... but still

There has been at least more than once a person has poisoned themselves while on the stand. However - it's only worked once (twice if you count a certain 'ending').
3-1 - While it had no poison in it, Phoenix Wright still tried to poison himself while on the stand by swallowing a bottle that 'contained' poison before. Wether you count this as a attempted suicide is up to you :).
3-4 - Terry Fawls drank the container of the poison while he was nearly pronounced Innocent. The poison bottle he used is the same some Phoenix Wright swallowed a year later. Unlike 'another' ending, this one actually worked.
4-4 - Vera Poisoned herself by biting her nails by the nail polish (which was laced with poison). While the alternitive ending shows that she dies, in the official ending, the poison doesn't kill her.
^These has all happened while on the stand. Going through it canonly poison has only claimed a victiam once.
Terry Fawls is the only client to have never been pronounced Innocent. The reason? Suicide.
Dahlia is the only person who's not been pronounced Guilty. Well - she has, once..... but if you follow timeline (3-4 comes before 3-1), then she has been the only one to never be made Guilty.
Iris, Kristoph Gavin, and Larry Butz are the only people in the game who's Psyche-Lock's that never break. However, Unlike Kristoph (who's Psyche-Locks are black). It's possible that:
* Larry's Psyche Lock's break after we find out 'what' amazing thing we see in court. (day one of the trial in 3-5)
* Iris's Psyche Lock's break when we find out 'she' was the one that dated Phoenix Wright 5 years ago (end of 3-5)
^So I guess what I should have said is that these are the only three who's Psyche Lock doesn't break very easily. But as said earlier - only Kristoph's doesn't break (as his are black). Iris's and Larry's might have braken later on in court (but we never get the chance to do them).
Speaking about Psyche Locks - Wendy Oldbag & Detective Gumshoe are the ones who's Psyche-Locks's break the quickest. You only need to show them 1 piece of evidence and you've broken them completly.

* 3-4 is the first time that a cross-examination goes longer than it normally does. For example - when you cross examine Dahlia, even when you present 'one' possible piece of evidence, the cross-examination still goes on (making it mean that you have to show two pieces of evidence). This trend continued on in the next game (Apollo Justice) and never stopped there (I think it ended in 4-4 so correct me if I am wrong).
* Speaking about that - Lamiror is the only witness you have to cross-examine (the same part) at least three times.
* For close-up animations - Klavier is the only one to be seen doing this the least times. Once in 4-3. Once in 4-4. And once again in 4-4 (the flashback trial).

1. None of the AA1 characters (fifth case not included) have more than 15 colors used on their normal sprite.
2. Only Gumshoe and Penny have a total of 14 colors used (others have 15, including Polly, but not missile and some profile pics.)
3. Cindys profile pic has 13 colors, Gregorys 14, Mistys 12, Hammonds 14, Hammer 14 and Missile has 11 colors.
4. Joe Darke propably has most colors used in his profile pic. (black face) There is a total of over 100 colors in it.
5. Goodmans profile pic has 15 colors in it
6. If the fifth case is also count, then Angel has the most colors in the game. (Ema: 27, Lana: 29, Jake: 27, Angel: 30, Gant: 28, Meekins: 27)
7. BUT, Angel has one unnecessary pixel in her lips. This meaning, that it's color is SO CLOSE to one the one next to it, that it could wery well have been done with the other color...It's a funny thing to keep in mind, though not useful or something like that.

Hmm, I didn't think of that, but I still don't think of Regina as a man-eater. She didn't try to use them for her own gain, she just got a lot of men to fall for her because of her actual innocence - not a facade like those others.
