I don't think it's a large head that's the problem, I think it's a small body.
Otherwise pretty good, although you made his right sleeve (His right, not ours) too dark.

The brown jacket thing: It looks like there are shadows where they should be highlights and vice versa. Try reversing them.

Hmm... not my best work evar, but it's alright. I relaxed the shoulders, and fixed the buttons.

I was lucky enough to have an unfinished base from another sprite that I started hevan knows how long ago. It made my job a whole lot easier.

Not bad at all. The bell type things could so with being a little bit bigger, but it's a good sprite.
