Well, I hate Prince, personally. Probably not the worst artist/band ever, but he's definitely among them.
I'm not a fan of the Jonas Brothers, but they're still not the worst band ever.
So much easier for me to come up with good bands than bad ones, but still.

I liked Evanescence for the fact that Amy Lee's beautiful haunting voice mixed with hard rock made an interesting combination.
However, it was because of that mix that all their songs pretty much sounded the same and I got sick of it. Plus her lyrics were the same cliche gothic crap.
Ah well, still a guilty pleasure, but I prefer Nightwish now.

I used to be OBSESSED with Evanescence, but I'm leaning more towards this now. I mean yeah, some of their music is awesome, and I love Amy's voice, but the lyrics get kind of same-old same-old after a while.

I haven't really dug the bands of the past few years, either. Some of them seem so damn emo and/or self-absorbed, and I wasn't impressed by their music. My Chemical Romance, Panic! At the Disco, I'm looking at you.
And I pretty much don't care for anybody who comes out of American Idol, though I admit that a couple of songs were good, though lyrically, they needed some work.
