That means that Lloyd has been basically ruled out. And that is a silly, silly theory.

Might as well post my theory
Spoiler:
I believe Brushell most likely is either the killer or an Accomplice. He is the only one who has not been disqualified from being the culprit. Blackburn stopped the verdict, Princeton was assaulted and Apollo is obvious. Brushell was hiding something suspiciously and is still unharmed even though he saw his so called "invisible man" who should have reacted like he did to Kristoph, so either he was lying or is somehow connected to this "man". Or there is some other third party person.

That said, nothing suggests that this invisible man saw him. Only that he saw the man.

1: You spelled 'you' wrong in the page earlier.

2: There's a line between leaving a cliffhanger and just being annoying about withholding information. Who the fuck is this Ian guy - there's no reason for you not to tell us, really.

I'm trying to make a point here. Sure, you can make a typo. Everyone does. But such an obvious typo, for one, when you really update fast, makes it seem like you're just producing scenes like a factory without putting all too much thought into it. Same with the text boxes and stuff; if you keep making mistakes like at high rates that you're not exactly showing us any devotion.

Right. Failing to see my point here, are we? Kristoph says he knows the guy - and he plays a vital role. Forcing a cliffhanger to keep the audience in suspence is kind of... Well... Forced. Since Kristoph already knows what's going on. And it's from his point of view. Do you at least see what I'm getting at here?

Kristoph has everything figured out. It would be fine if you switched to the trial now and then had him start to explain, but having all these investigation comics where he knows everything and you're just keeping us in the dark...

I get your meaning, but i'm not sure what the problem is. Besides, Kristoph doesn't yet know everything. In fact, he doesn't know that much. He just has a wild theory that he's working with.

Again, Kristoph doesn't know everything. In fact, he knows very little. Not to mention he doesn't have the evidence needed.

Well, stay tuned. Tomorrow's update might explain things, although it should take a little brainpower on the part of the user.

Let's not get into a flame war over something so trivial.

But it's never someone Phoenix/Apollo knows and has a good-sized blatantly-purposefully ambiguous conversation with.

And this isn't a fight. Kitten and Yarah in Franky's thread, yeah, that's a fight, but not this :keiko:

Anyway, Bullard's binder is on the couch. Don't remember having such a binder in this case, tho. And if it turns out to be a vital clue, I can't imagine whoever it was would just leaving it out there for Kristoph to find xD

And yet, I still fail to see how this causes any problems whatsoever.

That's not intended to be a binder, it's intended to be a book.
