Well, aside from a solid plot/concept/etc., pretty much all the resources are around somewhere. What don't you get about how to make a sprite comic?

I'm a slow person.
Yeah, it's going to be a lot of work (since I can't make backgroundss transparent in my version of photoshop, I have to erase the backgrounds, and yeah. it's going to suck, but I already have some panels partially done.
yeah. I don't have a plot or words yet, but that's what study hall's for
and no, I'm not really that dumb all the time. Only 50%, but that's why my friends love me...

I'd recommend downloading Paint.net. It's free, and gets rid of backgrounds easily. It's also great at recouloring, if you need to make custom backgrounds.

I don't know what program ya using again, but...
Well if you copy paste things with lasso (gimp) it has an anti alias effect on.
Something like that.
