And also I'll put forward my nice little set of rules here, so, please it takes less time to read than to write so please, bare with me...
No one liners if you can help it.
Spelling errors, and typoes are allowed, we're not all perfect, of course, but please, maybe proofread your posts before posting if that's not too hard.
Paragraph format is muchly appreciated, you don't have to be perfect, but nice descriptive RPs are my absolute fave, it shows you have an interest in it at least.
I am allowed to ask anyone to leave this, you can still hand around and angst, but I'd prefer you'd keep your negative comments to yourself after being expulsed, besides, if you've done something to merit your removal from the RP I'm sure you'd find better means of time usage than hanging around squabling.
Be nice to the other Rpers, in OOC and hopefully in the RP, I can understand that if you character doesn't like the person it's hard to be nice, so that is some leeway, you won't get in trouble for characture based hate, just keep yourself from maiming or murdering anyone (I won't defend you in court or in here!).
No god-moding, please, I beleive it can be said and stressed because I see it allot, no steering the story (I DO THAT!), it's supposed to be a cafe-ish setting, and I'd like it to stay that way; and don't attack or take any other advantage of other charactures unless they themselves post an OOC responce allowing for this to go on:

Keep track of who is in the RP, I will have a list of those participating in a post under this, I will also have a ection of those to be ignored, hopefully there will be none.
Don't just jump into the RP without asking to join.

No OC's/Made ups, I'm sorry, but it just stops this from getting confusing, I have nothing against OC's I find most of them to be very interesting, but just to stop from confusion....
No begging fro someone else's character, first come first serve, if you must, you must wait for that person to give up the rights to that character: whether it be by quitting, being gone for two weeks streat or being expulsed from the RP.
If you are to be gone for a long period of time, give us some warning and don't leave a cliff hanger statement, leave on a note where you can just re-enter... Plan to be back within a few days if you leave on a note that interacts with other characters.
Please, no sex, swearing or drugs... This should be relatively child friendly, and I just don't appreciate this... Only do as the character would... So... use that as descretion when dealing with this.
UPDATE TO RULES!*
-I will give an extra week to the two week line of inactivity if you can present us with a legitamate reason, (I'm not evil... So it can be easy and painless as you want) like you have a vacation, or are busy with convention prep, or whatever you would like... You should post it in OOC in here so the others know where you whent, and if you can again leave a statement justifying your character's departure from the story so that you can keep them.
-I am the only one who can dishobey this three week rule and still keep my character. Also those I know in real life.
-If at any time you wish to quit for good, please inform us, and resign your character so others can have them earlier than waiting two weeks for your inactivity.
-There is a limit of two characters per person, I find it easier to RP by keeping track of only one character per, but two isn't that difficult. Try to play the parts well, and make it obvius of the character switch.
-Anyone is allowed to play a NPC(In this case Mr.Eldoon) as a means to keep the ball rolling, just don't make them act too out of character, only use them when needed, don't make them talk to anyone other than your own character and don't hurt them if you can help it.... It's the only godmoding thing I'll allow you to do.
-Sneaking an item away from a Character is okay, it's funny and is allowed. Don't be a big theif stealing BIG things from people. But say you're low on cash, and your character yoinks some money off of another character for noodles. that's allowed. And for heavens sake! Your character isn't god, they don't usually notice anything untill they look for the money or see the person use it or give it back.. So no

I know that sounds like a reasonable thing to do... but it's called "Blocking" When a story is based on "You stole my shoe." and you turn and say "No I didn't!" it's 'blocking' and can only be followed by a "Oh... Okay..." or a "You're lying! You stole it!!" And we just go back and forth from that... It's cancelling out other people's actions... And the RP would become very square... So yeah... Go with the flow sometimes, like so: "HEY STOPPIT!" Apollo yelled stopping Phoenix from taking it.

-You may enjoy the use of a third player... IF YOU CAN MANAGE!! ((Please... Use your descretion... And don't hog a set of really good characters... ))
-You may, at any time, change, one of your two characters, out for a different one... Considering that you've at least posted once in full as the character... And legitamately have the old character leave before you use it...
-You may not misuse the above rule to talk to the otehr character that you chose, or openly use it back and forth to cheat and have more than one to thee characters.
-You may not switch out with someone else's character... unless you both agree to it. Then, by all means you may switch out without actually having the character leave the Rp.

Normally don't ask, I'll give them... But, say if I think you're good enough, and you've played a fair amount of time, I will give you abilities.... Also... To keep from confusion I'll avoid giving the same abilities to people.
SO here are the lucky people:
Panty_Master: Vice board master/Ability to fill in for my characters if I'm gone for a long time
How_Objectionable33: Ability to change the weather.
KidIcarusgavel: Ability to have a lot of typoes, spelling errors, and double posts without critisism/Ability to be pardoned from Rp in lengths of time due to life situations
And without further adue, I shall post the setting:
It's a nice day, everyone thought it was a nice time to go eat lunch at Mr.Eldoon's noodle cart, there's a speacial on, and the noodles are fresh.... And Salty..... Anyone from Apollo Justice or Phoenix Wright is allowed to join and have a bowl of noodles and just hang around and talk.

Apollo mustered the courage to slurp down a few noodles, he opened his eyes after swallowing, not as salty as expected. He sighed, nice day, and the noodles hit the spot, he was just missing good company and then the day would be perfect.
Apollo smiled slightly, taking another mouthfull of noodles and enjoying them observed his surroundings.

You can only have the finest noodles two dollars is going to get you!" he said handing Trucy only two dollars, and then he smirked slyly, I have to be a bid frugle on my salary still, but maybe I'm being a tiny bit cheap.... Naw.....Noodles don't have to be so expensive.... Apollo smiled slurping his wallet considerate noodles, enjoying the salty tingle on his toungue, not too salty, but the broth was just enough to quench how thristy the salt would make him, a good balance, Mr.Eldoon really knew his noodles.Apollo first of all tried to ignore Stickler, besides, he was busy, obviusly, but he knew now that Trucy had seen him that they'd definately end up talking.

Just then her noodles arrived. "THANKS MR. ELDOON!" She said with a smile. She slurped down her noodles happily and glanced back at stickler again. 'What was he studying this time?' She thought to herself. 'I wonder if he's still trying to figure out my trick...'

She grinned at the memory of her old friend Salty, who still reminded her of Apollo. She giggled. She had compared him not only because of his expression, but also because of the colour of the bowl, which was red like Apollo's suit. Both were kind of silly looking.

After Trucy commented on Salty, he remembered the strange little guy that was in the bowl and also cheaply painted onto the bottom. Apollo blinked in remembered frustration of being compared to him; in his oppinion he looked NOTHING like him.... Well, exept maybe the red parts... That much is true enough....

She leaned against her chair backwards,--careful not to tip over--to get a better view of stickler. (after all, she may be magic, but she can't see through Valant.) Apollo looked to Valant who seemed to not want to be a bother, and sighed, "Valant... If Trucy calls you 'uncle', doesn't that mean you're also part of the family?" he asked wryly, he knew that Trucy would apreciate it if Valant at least stayed a little longer, but he didn't intrude more, it seemed the conversation was mostly between Valant and his mother, he wanted to learn more about her, but.... He didn't want to smother her to much, 'give her space', 'patience is a virtue', something Apollo respected, and Trucy knew not of.
Apollo smirked, the place was getting a crowd now, well, a small one, once you've been at a Gavenners concert it's hard to see any crowd as a large one, it was almost so cramped that you could barely move your elbow withought getting someone in the ribs, of course Apollo was on the receiving end of the elbow nudging; but Mr.Eldoon was definately getting some good income today, must be the nice weather, It's nice and warm out... 'You want soe ice cream?' ... 'Nah, let's go have some salty noodles!' ... 'Great idea!' Apollo made a scenario in his mind in wich two bizarre people concidered Noodles to be a better investment on a warm summer day than ice cream.
Apollo had almost finished his, but he discided he had nothing better to do, people are too busy swimming in pools, and playing outside to bother killing eachother, buissness is pretty slow, so he descided to savour the last little bit of his noodles, best to enjoy your money.

Trucy tipped her chair forward and slumped into it. She wanted uncle Valant to stay, but she didn't want him to feel uncomfortable, because then it would be less likely for him to visit again. She felt some tears welling up, but she bit her lip and held them back. She hated imposing things on people when she knew that it made them feel uncomfortable....she wished that her new Daddy were here to liven things up like he always did...
She smiled sadly at her mother and looked back at her uncle, unsure of his reply.... "You are family Uncle Valant." She said. For she knew this souly as fact. Then she smiled assuringly at him. She wanted him to stay...but if he didn't want to then what was the point of making him?
