Apollo saw Phoenix walking up, "Mr.Wright! Glad you could make it," he was pleased to see him, Just tell me that you at least broughtsome money to pay for yourself or that your insanity is worth some customer credits at this food stand... he mumbled to himself.
And then, out of the corner of his eye during all of this, who was that? He seemed awfully familliar... MACHI?!
Apollo coughed slightly in surprise and then spoke up, "Machi?! Machi Tobaye?!" he walked over, "How have you been?" he asked remembering that he didn't speak english that great.

As she was talking to Machi, Thalassa noticed Valant acting quite strangely. She went closer to where he was standing, and asked, "Val, what's wrong? I was only talking to Machi, my former pianist," she told him. He can understand a little English, but I still have to talk to him in Borginian, or else he can get confused. When I talked to him, well...you seemed...hesitant."

The judge walked over to the noodle stand, his black robes nearly tripping him as he walked. He saw lots of familiar faces as he made his way to the stand. He grabbed two plates full of noodles and walked over to the crowd consisting of many familiar faces.
"Wow. How unusual is this?" the judge thought aloud. "I know everyone here from somewhere."

Maya was walking by the noodle stand, and saw a crowd around it. Eldoon's noodles. She remembered going there with Nick. She got in front of the stand to get noodles, not recognizing any of the people there except the judge. ((Not even Phoenix.)) She piled as many noodles on her plate as she possibly could, then dug through her pockets. She managed to recover a lint ball, but other than that... She sighed, wishing she had money.

"Yes." Maya turned around. She realized she was looking at a hobo. She didn't know whether or not to back away. On one hand, he knew her name, and sounded like he knew her. On the other hand, she had no clue who he was. So, she stood completely still, racking her brain for where she saw the man before.

"Oh, right. Heh, heh..." She cast Phoenix the look that read: "Pay up, Nick!" But she wouldn't say that aloud. Not anymore. To think Nick went through that. And Maya thought Nick would be an attorney forever.
