Just for the looks. I mean, I kinda understand why Gumshoe and Mike weren't updated. But like Dr. Hotti, The Judge, and Winston Payne should have had updated looks.

I must be blind or something, but I don't see Hotti and Judge having any color updates or anything! And by Payne having an update, I mean the pixel quality, not the added hair and different colored suit.
And yes, I know Meekins had the bandage taken off, that's why I said I understand why he wasn't updated to look like he wasn't from the GBA versions (it seems like the 1-5 sprites were in the middle of PW and AJ quality).
I'm really not trying to make any "silly accusations" here...
EDIT: After going to Photoshop and researching, I noticed that Hotti and The Judge had SLIGHT color variations and better shading. Keep in mind I was zoomed in %500 for my eyesight isn't very good.
