Freezing on the spot and turning to the girl's group as his mind blanked out, Alex turned in time to see Lila with a wilted expression, and the girls around her giggling like hyenas. Barely hearing Leah say "Yep, only in underwear.", Alex's brow raised in interest, wondering just WHAT the girls had dared Lila to do. Glancing back to Leah however, as he remembered his dare, Alex frowned, imagining that smile Leah was wearing turn into tears as he broke up with her. OR worse yet- anger. He couldn't do that to her. She was so heavily guarded with those around her already. Would she have enough humour about it when the dare is over to take him back?

Jessica's glare wavered a bit as she stared into Jake's eyes. They showed her all the emotions she wanted to see. Guilt. Depression. No enjoyment whatsoever. But she forced herself to glare at him still. Just because he felt sorry for what he did didn't mean it would just go away.

Glancing around the girls, Alex tried to find a girl he could 'suddenly fall in love with' as an excuse to 'break up' with Leah.
So, who do we have... there's Jessi- that'll give Jake more reason to turn me into compost... There's Lila- oh... poor girl. I think she's had enough trauma without TWO guys dashing after her mouth and scaring the heck out of her. She needs a guy with a softer touch like Peter to get her to crawl out. It'd just be ackward looking if I used her... then there's Willow... Who's toes am I trodding on with her? Glancing around, Alex spotted Andrew laughing at Peter's predicament, and bit his lip. Could he?
Striding up to Willow, Alex slipped his skateboard behind his head, resting his arms on the board casually as he stopped beside her.
"Willow, I have a HUGE favour to ask of you," Alex started, asking only loud enough so she could hear, "I've been given the WORST dare in the world, and I need your help to complete it. I need you to promise that whether you help me or not though, you have to keep it secret, or the dare is void." Feeling his heart rate pick up in nervousness, He couldn't believe he even considered doing what he was about to do, but it was only two days... Having Miss Housebreaker as a girlfriend wasn't going to be so bad for 2 days, was it?
((Lol- I'm picking that to get a title of Dare queen, she'd have to ruin atleast one relationship somewhere on the line...))

She remembered her dare and looked around for Alex, and she spotted him talking to Willow.

Willow should have laughed when Jake kissed Lila. The dare itself wasn't particularly challenging but it would have been worth it for her reaction. It was so obvious whoever 'he' had been, it definitely hadn't been the Jock, so any other day she might be thinking over who else that left as Mr. 'He'.
Instead, she foresaw horrifying premonitions of what terror her own dare would enact.
Lila had run away like the little mouse she was. Andrew-
Too scary to think about.
Fortunately, Alex's voice pulled her out of that reverie of thought.

Freezing on the spot as he considered this option, Alex's frightened eyes opened to an alert, glazing passed Willow's legs. It was an option he had never considered before. What if this were really a test of their love for eachother? If she came back to him, then he'd know that she TRUELY love him as much as he loved her.
"Oh my god..." Alex breathed, slowly looking up Willow's body, till his eyes reached her face. Blinking a few times to regain control of his senses, it all suddenly became alot clearer to him. "I can't be upset about this- it's also a test," Alex told Willow, extending his hand to Willow with a welcoming smile, "Willow Warner, it'd be my honour if you'd pretend to be my girlfriend for two days to complete my dare, and to help prove Leah's love for me. If she comes back to me after I tell her it was a dare in two days time, then I'll know that we're meant to be with eachother."

It was just plain horrible. Alex had it pinned right, the dare was stupid (yet brilliant, her Dare Queen self would have to concede) and had the worst timing in the world. Her and Leah were far from friends, they were mostly frenemies if she had to put a name to it, but even then she felt sympathy, as well as a short burst of anger. Her boyfriend was willing to do all this over a dare? Right when Leah was pregnant? He definitely looked and sounded remourseful but not enough not to do the dare.
Despite Alex's faith and justifications, she really had to question whether Leah would want to take him back, let alone tell him about the baby.
The last thought made her pause.
Those are horrible priorities, Will. The observation disgusted her and yet..
One of the reasons she had little qualms encouraging Leah to keep the baby was because she figured Alex was mature enough to take some responsibility. Now...that was going to be up to Leah to decide on whether he deserved know or not, once she found out about the nature of Alex's little test.
And maybe, the dark part of her that she had been disgusted with whispered, she'll still be trying to decide past the deadline.
Willow sighed ruefully. "This is so screwed up. I'm pretty sure there's a special hell just for boyfriends like you. Nevertheless..." She reluctantly took his hand and said with the devil's smile, "Alex Daniels, you got yourself a pretend girlfriend."
