From the "older" cast, I want to see Maya, Pearl, Edgey, Iris, Adrian, Ron, Angel Starr... Well, there are too many already, lol.
From AJ, aside from the "obvious" Trucy and Phoenix, I'd like to see Lamiroir, Machi, Valant, the Kitakis, Vera, and maybe Kristoph, why not right?
But mainly, background for Apollo and his family, please. Too many questions and very few answers!!!

Stickler, as much as I hate him, was part of what made 4-2 the best case of the game. Have him fixate on something else. Some other "Mystery of the World" that he is "researching".
Machi could work in the next game. It's not like he's ever going back to Borginia....
And Vera could come to work at the Wright Anything Agency (assuming that makes the jump to GS5, too) as an artist. Or even as legal forger (she could replicate broken items). That could even come in handy in investigations. Or maybe as a police sketch artist. The possibilities for Vera are ENDLESS!
And Wocky is all-around badass. He could give some not-so-legal push to help Apollo. (Because building connections is important in the legal world.

Considering certain spoilers, I think "Lamiroir" and Kristoph are definite returnees, along with Phoenix, and -duh- Trucy and Apollo.
But I really want to see Maya, Pearls, Larry, Edgey, and Ron. And channeled!Mia. -there would be lulz for Apollo's reaction to the whole Kurain village channeling tecnique and how he thinks Mia is hot-

They all fit the bill with reoccurring characters (she appeared in 4-4 like Lotta did in 1-4, Adrian in 2-4, and even Hotti's mention in 3-4). However, I believe out of all of them, Lamirior & Valant will graduate to secondary main character status while the other two might make cameos in 5-2.
