Ah the Phoenix Wright Musical Project, how far it has come. We almost have a complete soundtrack you know ^_^ I worked on two of the songs, Tomorrow's Trial and Trial by Fire. We really love our composers, they're so amazing at what they do (I just arrange ^^; ) Nice to hear a little feedback from you though a lot of the links on last.fm are broken. All of the finished accompaniments are found on the Finished Demo Thread over there if you liked what you heard at last.fm, and there are demos scattered around the Recording Studio board at that same forum.

I won't get in trouble for providing those links will I? Hmmm, me thinks I need to go re-read the rules.... anyway, glad you liked them *wanders off*

Wow, I just heard some of these, and just realized how awesome the PW Musical is.

Oh wow, I only just happened upon this today. Makes me jealous of the lucky ones who got in. I kind of hope they do a sequel, I'd totally audition. ;P

This is some really great music, some of the vocals are lackluster, but otherwise, best fanmade music for a game ever.

It's so good, I've actually got some songs on my iPod.
It's Gotta Be The Butz! has Broadway-like quality in terms of lyrics / composition.
With better sounding instruments and professional singers, it would deserve a commercial release :)

It's Gotta Be the Butz has always been a favorite around the forum <--He's hard to resist you know. A lot of our songs are in the midst of getting an overhaul in terms of quality and now that we have a cast, official cast recordings are due to begin soon. Late last night we got our new version of the Objection Song, done by the same man who composed It's Gotta Be the Butz. It's very well done, if I do say so myself. This particular demo is pretty excited since the and are from the official cast, TriforceBun and ff3girl, respectively.

I've always loved Decree of the Prosecutor. It's a very powerful song ending with the epic "Fifth of Doom" as it's been called. It really takes a strong singer to hit that note (Trust me, I tried the Franziska version. No way I was hitting that note) and our resident Edgeworth, Plankton614, another one of our composers and arrangers (he arranged Pasta Shop, another community favorite), really does the character justice in his line reads and singing.


You know, some of our members have been pushing for a sequel, but our leaders so far have been rather reluctant since this has taken almost two years to bring to reality (It'll be two years in November X3) Keep watching though, our leaders have surprised us before, I wouldn't put it past them to surprise us again~

You know, the project got it's start here on CR so various people should be around, I wonder why I'm the only member dishing out info on this thread... Oh well, works for me, nice to be useful ^_^

Quite good but it's not the type of tunes like, sadly because it's a good project.

It's pretty cool! I quite like it. This team caught the character's personalities perfectly. Keep up the good work.
