When he's about to get off the hook in 4-1, he objects and tries to convict Kristoph. And SUCCEEDS! His plan was flimsy but it went as planned, even though Apollo was a mediocre defense attorney!
And he took a punch...all while saying Apollo should put more "oomph" into his uppercut.
In 4-2, he gave Apollo a couple of missions which led to a murder trial, but Phoenix wasn't surprised. It was if he rigged this...
In 4-3...I dunno...that kinda confused me.
In 4-4 He planned EVERYTHING out so Kristoph would have his final reckoning.
He also made stupid rules for Apollo to follow, but in the end everything turned out OK.
He seems to have no grudges at all.
How did he figure out Kristoph was the one that caused him to lose his attorney's badge?
And HOW did he contact Thalassa?

He's the main character in GS1-3, and pretty darn important in GS4 (which is a complaint of quite a few people.... Just b/c you play as Polly doesn't mean he's really the main character)

I don't remember him ever explicitly stating [spoiler'd] is the/an accomplice! But I get the feeling s/he convinced you-know-who not to do anything to Phoenix, since s/he knew it had been wrong...

But even so, yeah, he's either too strong-willed, his immune system is just very good, or he's really a lucky guy. Although if none of these theories prove to be true, then I guess he really is invincible.

THEN i came up with another idea.
THE BEANIE GIVES HIM SUPER POWERS! yep thats gotta be it....My little sister thinks that Franziska's Whip Toughend him up so much that when he was hit by the car and flew 30 feet into the pole he didnt feel anything whatsoever. I, However think his bones are made of steel....because of the beanie of course.

Yeah, my rebuttal to the "Apollo did nuttin'" claim is that all Nick did for that case was get two pieces of evidence. And the jurist system thing? I doubt he can see into the future, so I doubt he made it specifically to publicly humiliate Kristoph. Though it was fun to see him spaz out.
Also, I don't want to derail this thread, especially with an Apollo vs. Phoenix debate, so if you have anything to say, pm me.
EDIT: Also, Nick was able to contanct Thalassa because he has a connection. Apollo.
She owed him a favor anyway.

Still it's just because he's the main character...and although he's been bumped down to a supporting role in Apollo Justice I still don't think Capcom would ever kill him off. The fans would be too angry.
