I've recently decided that I dislike the feeling of having drunk a little too much soda - so from now on, the Coca-Cola is out. If I happen to discover a can of Vanilla Coke somewhere, I might break this rule. Other than that, soda is a no-no. It gives me nothing, except for a small satisfaction at the first sip ;)

Yes. Fermented Dandelion and Burdock roots. Naturally fizzy apparently. How far removed this is from what gets put in the can vs traditional, I do not know for sure.
