The most basic proof of Phoenix's dumb luck is that he always has the exact piece of evidence he needs, no matter how trivial it is. One does not say, "Wow, good thing Phoenix brought along that you-know-what in 1-4!" Because how couldn't he?

Given that, repeatedly walking away from potentially fatal situations seems pretty trivial.

If Space Quest's Roger Wilco, Monkey Island's Guybrush Threepwood, and Phoenix Wright ever had a Dumb Luck Contest, the combined absurdity would suck the contrivance out of every other fictional work in existence.

this thread reminds me of a fic i read on the Kink meme where Kristoph was trying to kill Phoenix in comical ways but kept failing because of Phoenix's dumb luck. if someone know what fic i'm talking about could you post it here?
