By the way, I love you volty xDDDD Wocky is Fucking awesome! ]Trucy giggled, but quickly silenced as her father put his finger to her lips. She smiled and bit her lower lip, swaying in Klavier's lap. Holding the glass, she looked to her father and took a tiny sip, frowning. "Daddy, this isn't the grape juice~" She silenced again and almost finished the glass, excluding the several water droplets that were dripping down her face. Blinking, she nodded to her father, cuddling with Klavier once more.
She waved as Wocky walked in, giggling. "Wocky!" After hearing him talk, she became even more confused, and looked at both her father and Klavier, taking her father's hand and crawling out of Klavier's hold. "Hots? Shorty? Is that me!?" She giggled some, then blushed as she noticed him look her up and down. "W-Wait, drunk? Huh? Eh?"
She became confused at Wocky's question, thinking it had something to do with the spin the bottle game. "Wocky, we're playing Truth or-....Yeah, the bottle spin game!" She hugged to her father, closing her eyes some. "Let's play, Daddy! Can Wocky stay? Please!?"

((Phoenix cleaned up the first glass of water and offered to lead Trucy into the lounge and stay with her a while. He's concerned that she's drunk and that she's taken care of. He also wants to calm down the party again. It's pretty darn chaotic.))

"Wocky..." Phoenix analysed him carefully. He swore he had seen Wocky's face somewhere before, but he didn't know where. Knows Trucy... That's not hard, everyone at her school knew her, but Wocky was a bit older than she was. he was most likely not in school any more. Maybe it was through a courtcase?
Pointing his finger at Wocky with a knowing grin, Phoenix suddenly remembered who Wocky was, "I remember you now! Apollo was defending you while I was in hospital a few months ago from a twisted ankle. I was wondering why that name seemed familiar! Yeah, should me fine if you're disarmed!" Laughing loudly, having a wanna be crime lord in his house WASN'T the most concerning thing for him that day. As long as he was disarmed, and Trucy approved of his presence then he was fine. ((Stuff it. Time to loosen up again Phoenix. So your house is trashed. This is nothing to your office XD )) Motioning to his lounge with his pitcher of water, Phoenix motioned away. "Spin the bottle awaits us!" Turning to Trucy, he grinned, "Shall we?"

Before the second trial in the second game, Phoenix pops up in the lobby and talks to them about who will be Testifying. Hence, he must know who Wocky Kitaki is. Phoenix sure does good at his homework! :D Now we can say that at least phoenix knows the awesome Wocky Kitaki. Here is my reference

Welcome to the RP Travolta! Technically Lemon would have to approve you first, but I have a good feeling it'd be alright with her if you jumped right in. The more the merrier, after all~ x3 Will Wocky be joining the younger group's game or the adult's?))
Sean quirked her brow. Why was Pointy apologizing? It's not like he did anything wrong. What an odd little fella. Maybe that was why Klavier teased him so much. He seemed busy talking to that weird man in the pink suit though, so she left them to their business. Turning to the group again she scratched the back of her head. "So uhh... Sorry if I scared you guys back there," she said. Lowering her hand, she managed a smile. "The press has been really onto boss lately. You know how crazy the media gets. Can't be too careful."

Klavier breathed a sigh of relief as Trucy crawled off of his lap. He was glad that she was safe, and hopefully somewhat sober now. Taking off Trucy's hat from his head the rockstar turned to the familiar face and smiled. He couldn't quite keep up with his energy at the moment. "It's good to see you too, Herr Kitaki."
"Hmph." Miles scoffed. He wasn't too comfortable with how things were turning out. But at the very least he was thankful that he was there to monitor the going-ons. He dreaded the safety of his daughter in this kind of company. "Another uninvited guest, I take it?"

Trucy giggled, holding her father's hand and nuzzling into him. "Daddy, you're gonna play Spin the bottle with me, right. And Mr. Gavin, and Mr. Edgeworth, and~" She blinked some, then grinned real big, looking at Wocky. "I'm glad you came, Wocky! Did you get my letter~?" She held her father's hand tightly, and used him for support. It seemed likely that she'd fall over any moment.
"Hm?" Her head turned to Miles as she shook her head. "No, I gave Mrs. Plum a note for wocky. She really likes me! I wanted him to come, but I didn't know if he was allowed, so I just asked him myself." She leaned against her father a moment, flashing a smile at Miles. "Mr. Edgeworth, I think you should smile more often!"
She remembered looking at some of the pictures her father had shown her of Miles, and he never seemed to be smiling at all. "I really hope that we can all have fun, so come on!" She tugged on her father's arm and dragged him out into the room with Sean. "Miss Aimee! Maybe you should kiss Polly!" She giggled, waving at Apollo.

Wocky nodded to Trucy, who apparently had no clue who 'Shorty' was. "Yeah, Shorty. Your nickname is Shorty, but at least you are a good lookin' shorty~" He figured Phoenix would know he was coming, but he looked like he had forgotten. That was, until he pointed his finger and raised his voice. "Whoa, whoa, chill out, dawg! Yeah, I'm Wocky Kitaki, but I must say, bein' a Kitaki means ya gotta be armed all the time, just in case Shorty gets herself into some trouble, ya hear, G?" She grinned, then adverted his eyes. "If pops hadn't taken it away, I'd been armed and ready to protect Shorty, Bizzoy~!"
He stared over to Klavier as he heard his words. "Nah, Dawg, Call me Wocky. I'm not all for that Mr. Kitaki, like pops!" He grinned, waving his hand over to Miles, who he didn't know. He didn't care much for the party, but he was invited, so he would just go with the flow. He didn't really listen to Trucy talking to Miles, but nodded, and made a horrible job at pretending. He decided to sit down in the chair Phoenix was sitting in, and looked straight at Klavier. "Yo, dawg, you think Wocky could get a woman at this party? I don't want to be at no wack party with a bunch of kids, but Shorty asked, ya know?"

@Ark- Hmm... Well, if we're talking physical, the jacket's what keeping the goods hidden mostly. The jacket sort of gives the impression that she has broader shoulders, but if she took it off you'd be able to see her curves and other feminine features a whole lot better. As far as her personality goes, there's very little femininity, so I doubt Darren could get a hint from there.))

Miles was relieved, truly, though he still couldn't help but feel worried for her daughter. First a trigger-happy detective, then a dysfunctional defense attorney, and now a true-blooded gangster? It didn't seem like a good mix no matter how he looked at it.
Trucy flashed a smile. "Mr. Edgeworth, I think you should smile more often!"
"Hm?" he muttered, breaking away from his thoughts. "Ah, yes. I... suppose." He felt nostalgic for a moment. Hadn't he been asked something similar many years before? He watched on as Trucy and Phoenix left the room.
"Yo, dawg, you think Wocky could get a woman at this party?" the gangster chimed in. "I don't want to be at no wack party with a bunch of kids, but Shorty asked, ya know?"
"I highly doubt it," Klavier answered, placing the blue silk hat on the table beside Sean's firearms. Maybe Trucy would go back for it later. Glancing at Franziska and Maya for a moment, he turned back to Wocky and smiled. "It would seem that all roses in full bloom have already been picked. But as far as delicate young buds go..."
"I would appreciate it if you refrained from formulating such atrocious metaphors, Prosecutor Gavin," Miles interjected. "As for you--" Narrowing his eyes he pointed a threatening finger at Wocky. "The moment I see you mess around with my daughter is the moment I see you behind bars." Just when he thought he could finally relax a little his worry meter shot up again.

After hearing a resounding "OBJECTION" Sean turned her head and stared at Trucy for a good while before an unwilling Apollo stepped into the room. She couldn't really make out what he was saying to the little magician from where she was standing. What was this all of a sudden? A new pick-up line? But man, asking a little girl to be his wingman? That was kinda pathetic. "...I don't see any reason to." Straightening her posture she rested a free hand on her waist and faced the pointy-haired attorney. "Look 'ere, kid. If you're trying to hook up with me that's not going to work. You're gonna have to do better than that."

"So, while the kids are playin' that kiddy shit, what kind of game do you have planned, Mr. G? I mean, ya don't want me to go play with tha kiddies, do ya?" Wocky said. Glancing at Miles, he continued, "An' that guy ain't plain' is he? I mean, he doesn't seem like the party type, Mr. G."
"I'm here to make sure that my daughter stays away from anything--" Miles paused for a moment, "--or anyone that might put her into harm's way." He hoped the gangster was aware of the lengths a father would go for his daughter.
"Don't worry so much, ja? Fraulein Eva is in good hands," Klavier reassured. He could understand the prosecutor's worries though; a lot of unusual things had already happened and it's only been a few hours. Klavier turned to Wocky and leaned forward, arms rested on his lap. "Well, let me put it this way," he started. "I was invited to a spin the bottle party, ja? That being said, wouldn't you say it's only logical that I take part?"

Phoenix glanced at Wocky's antics, and raised a brow. He'd certainly be interesting to have around if Trucy was interested in him. It's up to her in the end if she goes there. Sitting down at where the circle was and saw all the frightened faces, Trucy's friends had obviously not been caught up on the dealings.
"Everything is fine with our visitors," Phoenix assured, "The gunman, Sean was under the impression that Klavier was in danger and tried to save him. Sean now understands the situation here and has put aside his guns.
"Th... That's it?" Julia asked meekly from behind Darren's tight cuddle, "Noone is hurt so you're letting them get away with it?"
"Not quite," Phoenix admitted, "Sean sees now that he was being too brash. I hope this is ok with all of you. In fact... Sean!" Motioning to Sean to join the group with his hand, Phoenix intended on introducing their 'gunman' to their group. He'd know then who really needed the hugs.

Wocky didn't pay much attention to Miles, but made sure to listen to Klavier. He had some respect for the man, maybe because he knew him, or that Trucy respected him. Chuckling, he leant back in his seat, not wanting to believe, but knowing that Klavier was serious. "Yo, Mr. G, you'se gots to be kiddin' me! ...." He then stood, nodding to Klavier. "Maybe this means I can get my lips locked with Shorty, hm?" He then fixed his vision on the odd looking man. "Talk about my O. G. crackers again and there's gonna be a problem, Bizzoy!"
He then nudged Klavier, starting to head off into the room where the game was to start. "Yo, Mr. G, let's get goin'. I think Shorty is ready to get goin', ya know?" He then glanced towards Miles again. "An' don't you worry about your girl. I won't lays a finger on her, got it?" Just this once, only this once was he going to be nice to someone he didn't know, but the man seemed like a good father. "C'mon, Mr. G!" He motioned for Klavier and walked out into the other room.

]Trucy smiled and clung to her father's arm as Apollo tried to accuse her of making things up. Her fingers laced around her father's as she gasped dramatically, wagging a finger at him. "y-You are ao cruel, Polly! How could you accuse an innocent child of Lying, and being drunk, when it was you who talked me into it! You're suppose to be a role model!"
She then noticed Wocky coming in and grinned, tilting her head. "Wocky Kitaki, what do you have planned, hm? You must be up to no good!" She still kept a hold of her father's hand, wanting her father to give her some attention before he ended up going off to hang out with the 'adults'. That, and she happened to hear Wocky's loud mouth talking about 'locking lips', which she had no clue what it meant anyway.

Chuckling to himself as Trucy seemed to be trying to convince him that APOLLO made her drunk, he knew that it was more like the other way around. It didn't matter though. What was done, was done, and this party was for Trucy and her friends, so he didn't want to put a damper on it.

Huh? She wasn't entirely sure what he had planned but she didn't want to come off as too much of an ass after what she'd done. Slipping her hands into her pockets she strolled over to the group, standing directly behind the ex-attorney. Sean figured she'd let him handle things for now and kept her mouth shut.

Miles's eyes followed the young gangster as he left the room. Surely he was man enough to keep his word. Raising the cup to his lips he took another sip and closed his eyes. Things were starting to feel peaceful again.
"So, aniki... What's happening here?"
Peaceful moment over. Opening his eyes he cast a wary look on Bizarro for a few good seconds before lowering his cup. "As you may have already heard, a spin the bottle party is ongoing in the other room." The prosecutor turned to Klavier. "Speaking of which, weren't you supposed to be looking after the children?"
Klavier let out a small laugh. "Never can slack off on your watch, eh Herr Edgeworth?" Just as he was about to stand he noticed the brown envelope Sean was meaning to hand over to him earlier. He snatched it from the table as he made his way out of the kitchen. He would have to look it over later on. Walking towards the group Klavier flashed his usual smile. "I hope you weren't having too much fun without me."

“Why not?” Phoenix asked in interest, “He was just concerned for Klavier’s safety. He’s also disarmed. I can’t see any problem at all." Motioning back to the spot beside him, Phoenix gave Sean a reassuring smile, "I'm sure he doesn't bite!"

"Don't worry, fraulein!" Klavier came up behind and placed both hands down onto Sean's shoulders. "I'll keep a close eye on our bad baaad detective," he said with a playful grin.
"Gee, thanks a lot, boss," Sean remarked sarcastically. "I suppose I could stick around a while. I am here on official business... sorta." Hesitantly Sean took her place in beside Phoenix while Klavier did the same on her opposite side. "But I'm not kissing anyone, got that? I'm just here to watch."
((Klavier was standing close to the group earlier, but he's seated at the circle now. Apollo and Wocky are in the sitting room as well, though I'm not sure if they're close by. Klavier and Sean took the seat between Julia and Phoenix/Trucy, by the way. So it's... Julia, Klavier, Sean, Phoenix/Trucy.))

Trucy giggled, moving to sit in her father's lap comfortably. She leaned back and pulled his arms around her. The two really did look like father and daughter, and acted like it too, beside Phoenix giving her almost complete freedom. "Daddy, tell Miss Detective to play too! I wanna see her kiss Mr. Gavin~!"
She smiled and looked at Klavier, holding out a hand for him to hold, offering her other to Sean, who probably wouldn't be interested. "It's a love square, Daddy! Polly likes Miss Detective, who likes Mr. Gavin who likes Ema, who likes Polly, right?" She giggled and looked to Sean with a smile. "Who's going to spin the bottle?"

"It's not a problem," Phoenix assured Sean, popping his chin on the closest shoulder of Trucy's to Sean, "I'm sure that it'll take a little while to get use to you again. I'm sitting the game out as well."
"Daddy, tell Miss Detective to play too! I wanna see her kiss Mr. Gavin~!"
"Not this time my little match maker," Phoenix smiled tapping Trucy's nose with his finger tip chirpily, "Unless maybe if Klavier mistakenly spins Sean and..." Raising a brow at Sean and Klavier then, there was some spins that probably wouldn't be as horrifying as others, the start of a flabberghast stutter chimed up.
“Wuuu..whu…. WHAT?” Darren suddenly stammered. He didn’t get why Phoenix called Sean a ‘he’, yet Trucy referred to him as a she and KISSING Klavier. What was up with that? Pulling an agitated face, Darren got onto his shins and leaned foreward onto his hands, "Run that by me again- did Trucy just call him SHE?"
Phoenix paused, glancing at Darren. Not sure how to respond, he shrugged, "Sean can answer that." I'm not sure if it's meant to be a secret or not...

"Sure," Phoenix replied to Apollo. "Just as long as Trucy doesn't convince you otherwise!"
Julia however, managed to become brave enough with both Darren and Klavier sitting beside her. She knew if both of them were there, she'd be safe. Maybe this new comer was nice anyway?

Seeing Sean grab the bottom of her shirt, that kinda told him that it wasn't a secret. He wasn't sure if he should say anything about her flashing her boobs at the kids though- Cody was the only one that he'd be even remotely objectionable about seeing it.
