"I'm not sure if he's just here to make appearances or if he's here for longer, Trucy." Glancing back at his daughter with a half smile though, he tried to cover his concern, "He's going to stay in the kitchen though with us adults though, so don't you worry about a thing. Everything will be perfectly fine." Brushing Trucy's hair back smooth, Phoenix gave her forehead a kiss, "I'll ask Sean to be my personal body guard if that helps. I'm sure she'd oblige." Trucy wiped her eyes dry then, seemign to adopt a happier expression (I hope?)
"I bet wocky is listening to us~" She snuck over and opened the door, nd opened it to Wocky. Givign him a big hug, she said "Hiya!"
Motioning Trucy and Wocky to follow, Phoenix pointed back from the direction he came.
"Come on you two- lets get back to spin the bottle. Zeth hasn't been spun out yet and they can't start without us- right?"

Zeth led Kristoph into the kitchen to see most of the adults standing there in their respective positions. Glancing towards Kristoph, Zeth gave a facial shrug.
"Stick by me for a little while, OK sir?" Zeth suggested, motioning towards the jug to boil some water. Phoenix had recently purchased some nice tea for when visitors like Miles Edgeworth came. If it was to Miles take, then surely Kristoph would enough it too. Trying not to be too conspicuous as he led Kristoph through the kitchen, he could already hear conversation about Kristoph's arrival. Sighing loudly, he knew there was no point hiding it.
Clearing his throat loudly, Zeth motioned Kristoph to a nearby seat, "If you could sit down. I take it you still like your tea white and no sugar?"
"Yes, thank you," Kristoph replied politely, "A good cup of tea would be refreshing after that interesting entrance."

Also, Ark, this Kristoph investigation Zeth is working on... would Miles know about it? He's Chief Prosecutor so I think he'd have something to do with it, or at least know that there's an investigation going on. Wanted to confirm it first before I start working on my next post.))

Hmm... this means we'll have to move Trucy around for a bit ourselves until another person takes her place. As for Wocky, if nobody takes him in about three days or so, I'll reset him to avoid any more complications.))

Looking across the lounge, most of the kids were there already, but they were missing just a few key people. Heading off to the door to the kitchen, Phoenix poked his head in.
"Zeth, Sean, we're about to start the game again, you want to join us?" Glancing amongst the rest of the group, Phoenix nodded to them too, "The rest of you are invited too, I figure we can all stick around till Zeth gets spun. Besides," glancing to Sean, Phoenix winked, "Sean here hasn't spun yet. I'm dying to know who she gets. Maybe Zeth's jinx will work?" Chuckling to himself for a moment, Phoenix turned back to the rest. "I'm planning on starting a game or truth and dare here in the kitchen for whoever is interested! Figure it's only fitting seeing how there's a spin the bottle game in the next room. This one will be adults only though." Popping back over to the circle, Phoenix sat down beside Klavier and Trucy, readying himself for Sean's spin.

ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TAKE PART IN SPIN THE BOTTLE, FOR THE ENTIRE GAME OR OTHERWISE, GEAR YOUR POSTS TOWARDS GETTING BACK TO THE CIRCLE IN THE LIVING ROOM. Also decided to reset Wocky now. Anyone who wants to take him will have to start from the entrance.))
It all started made sense now. So Kristoph was the murderer Sean was talking about. Yes, the man had been charged with murder, but he was currently out on parole. There seemed to be more to that case that meets the eye, and because of that a private investigation was issued. Only a select few knew of this though; ones of high position such as himself and agents specializing in these types of cases such as Zeth, who had also visited Wright today, it seemed. Now he knew why Sean was so upset.
Miles turned his head to Phoenix who had suddenly popped up from the other entrance. "Zeth, Sean, we're about to start the game again, you want to join us?" he said, glancing about the group as he nodded. "The rest of you are invited too, I figure we can all stick around till Zeth gets spun. Besides," he gave Sean a wink, "Sean here hasn't spun yet. I'm dying to know who she gets. Maybe Zeth's jinx will work?"
"Chhyeah, right." Sean mocked. Like that was going to happen.
Chuckling to himself a moment Phoenix turned to the rest again. "I'm planning on starting a game or truth and dare here in the kitchen for whoever is interested! Figure it's only fitting seeing how there's a spin the bottle game in the next room. This one will be adults only though." And with that he slinked back into the living room.
There was an awkward silence for a few moments. "Truth or dare..." Miles scoffed, settling back down onto his seat. "There are far more important things to do than engaging in such a childish game."
Miles was starting to piss Sean off. Again. "Oh yeah?" she asked in a raised tone. Neglecting how dangerous it was Sean tossed the gun towards Miles, who barely caught it with his hands, and pointed to Kristoph. "Then you get the very important job of watching that murderous bastard."
Sean paused in thought for a moment. She didn't think it was the best idea, but then again she did ask Edgeworth to guard a convicted murderer; it didn't make much difference. Sean turned to Apollo and reached into her jacket for another gun, releasing its safety. "Here," she said, tossing it over. "In case you want to stick around and talk about the old days." Giving Kristoph one last dirty look she turned her heel and set out for the living room.

"As paranoid as we both can be, I can guaranty you that Kristoph isn't about to kill you. I'll deal with Sean if she gets angry for you not having a gun." Turning to Miles, he nodded, "You'd know the details about the case revision, right? So you understand, right?" Picking up one of the guns, Zeth analysed them, "I wouldn't suggest useing these guns unless you're train anyways. You'll dislocate your shoulder from the ricochet." Giving them a quick wave, Zeth trodded on over to the circle and sat down beside Sean.

Confused by the sudden announcements Ema thought it was best for her to remain silent for a little. Although she was a bit upset about being ignored by practically everyone she forgave them because of all the hecticness. The female detective vaguely picked up something about Kristoph but hadn't taken it of any importance. Untill she noticed he was actualy sitting, right there in front of her. Of a shock she almost fell over but she managed to take hold of herself although she was still quite startled by the idea of the murderer being here.
"Alright, and now I want the whole story!"
Her cry was mostly fixated on Phoenix, although she would gladly take answers of anyone else. Slowly breathing in and out she stood up again. She noticed that she had spilled some water on her labcoat but found it of little importance compared to the other things going on.

Sean watched from her peripheral as Zeth sat beside her. His face... He was a really good friend to her, and she was grateful for that, but it worried her how she could very rarely tell what the guy was thinking. Maybe that was why he was so good at gambling. "I don't know what you got yourself into, Skunk," she said, shifting into a more comfortable position; leaning back with her hands supporting her weight. "But that guy is bad news. I don't trust him."
"...Where is he?" Klavier asked in a bland tone. He didn't want to talk about him, but Kristoph was still his brother and he couldn't help but feel a little concerned despite of everything that happened.

Going even closer then to Sean’s ear, Zean picked up Sean’s closest hand, and nodded to the bottle, “If you’re nervous about kissing Klavier though, I can hold your hand for a little while…”

"He has been released under... certain conditions," Miles explained, tapping his arm with his finger thoughtfully. "But I'm afraid the finer details of that agreement is confidential information. Rest assured, the police have everything under control." Turning to the fallen defense attorney Miles narrowed his eyes. "But you certainly picked quite an objectionable venue to discuss business, Mr. Gavin. It would have been best if you'd kept yourself away from the public eye."

"Ja, I don't plan to." Klavier answered, not a shred of anger in his voice. "Meeting with my brother is not my top priority."
Sean stared at the rockstar's features for a good while. He was fairly calm about everything but she knew there was something plaguing his thoughts. Klavier may be pro at keeping his emotions in check, being a celebrity it was only natural, but having the privilege to work alongside him gave Sean front-row seats to his everyday frustrations. Klavier's been getting all sorts of shit from the press lately, and Kristoph suddenly appearing was the cherry on top of all that. "I'll keep him at bay, don't worry." she reassured in the hopes of lifting Klavier's spirits up, even if just a little.
Pushing herself off the ground Sean slumped forward with a sigh. It was then that she noticed Zeth with a cheeky-ass grin, one eyebrow raised. "...What's your problem?"
"Did I sense a tinkle of concern for me?" he said. Sean's eyes widened as a light hint of red rose up her cheeks. Wait, what? What was that all about!? She was NOT concerned! She was just-- "Don't worry too much about me. Lets just say... I know A LOT about his case and his past, and although he's not the cleanest puppy in the kennel, he does make a great friend." Zeth was leaning reeeaaal close, and as much as she wanted to punch the bastard square in the face he got right ahead of her and took her by the hand. "If you're nervous about kissing Klavier though, I can hold your hand for a little while..."
Sean snatched her hand back forcefully. "I am NOT nervous!" she cried out, her cheeks now an obvious red. She paused for a moment, belatedly realizing what she just said, and turned her head away. "Tch, 's not like that at all. I'm waiting for everyone else to get their asses back in the circle," she glared at the tan-skinned detective. "Because I'm damn sure that jinx isn't gonna work."
"You can't deny the possibility though, ja?" Klavier teased, giving Sean a firm pat on the head. He wasn't sure why Sean was so against the idea, but he found it rather cute. Seeing Sean so flustered was a rare sight for him.
((Sorry for stalling but I have to leave for a two-day retreat in a few hours, which means no internet access. D: Hopefully when I get back everyone's already settled in the living room and we can finally get on with the game. I already PM'd Chase, Amy, and franini saying the game's about to start but so far only Amy has responded. Mia will also need some reminding; I'll send her a message in a bit.))

Trying his best to hold off a loud laugh to not got too overboard in teasing Sean- he didn't want her to get TOO embarrassed, Zeth plastered on a doofy grin, and holding it, gritting his teeth together to not let any sound come out.
"Well," Darren started, finding the blushing stance of Sean slightly endearing, "I think that we should make the ruling for if the bottle points to the same person twice, that they need to spin it one third time and kiss THAT person also. You know..." spinning his finger around in a circle like the spinning bottle cheekily,Darren looked straight at Sean, "spread the love a little?"
Losing his need to laugh, Zeth's expression suddenly turned into a frown, as Darren's sudden fresh approach. He must've thought he stood a chance with Sean.... Well, it's a good thing that the chances of her spinning you went down then.
((Sorry- can't help it. They make such good friends, I thought Zeth should be a little protective ^^ He may have dark dealings, but he's a man of honour ^^ ))

"And what if I refuse?" Kristoph asked curtly. "If you don't then we'll just have to kill off that brother of yours and Spikes." a voice from the shadows replied darkly. "Now then just go down this little passage and open the door." the voice commanded. "I can't kill someone! And I am not letting you kill anyone!." Kristoph whispered harshly to the dark siloette behind him. "You have three seconds Gavin until one of our boys pumps them full of lead." the man stated as he pressed a few buttons on a phone. "Y-you're bluffing." Kristoph said. "Three..." Kristoph opened the door. "Two.." I maybe dispised for this but I can't allow them to kill those two. "One..." the man whispered. Kristoph quickly grabbed the nearest object and had used the object to crush the bone china plate known as Zak Grammyre's skull.
End of Flashback
"Either way I do have a reason for why I was put up to this." Kristoph replied while he sat down in a chair by the kitchen table. He adjusted his glasses before speaking again. "However I don't plan on revieling it anytime soon." he said.

Taking the cup briefly to his lips for a sip he turned to the rest of the group. "Don't you all have a game to attend to? It's best not to keep them waiting."

Sean turned to Darren, her anger momentarily subdued, not noticing Zeth's change in expression. "Wait wait wait..." she said, raising her hand in protest. "So there's the two spins, the spin for the dare, and another spin for the kiss? Or does the spin for the kiss overrule the dare?" Taking the bottle by the neck she smacked Zeth's arm with it before turning back to the hopeful teenager. "Just wanted to make sure."

Finally catching up on all the happenings Ema felt quite a bit relieved. She shouldn't be worrying about it and just enjoy the party. She flashed a smile to Miles as a reply to his answer and slowly walked towards the living room as she was ordered to do. And now, it was her turn to blatantly ignore everyone. Seeing as there were quite a few people gathered in a circle she squirmed her way in between and plastered another smile on her face. Suddenly noticing she still had her bag of Snackoos she started munching excessively in an attempt at avoiding to talk.

"There's Trucy's Dad, Mr Wright," Trucy started pointing to Phoenix who was also in his pajamas now, "and Sean... um..." lowering her voice as she pointed to someone the looked very boyish, Julia hid her mouth to everyone but Angel, "stay away from her, she's REALLY scarey. She pointed guns at us..." Clinging to angel abit now in memory, Julia continued, pointing at a black and white haired guy beside her teasing her, "He's Zeth... he's a bit loud, but he seems ok. No worse than my brother I guess. And... and... and..." pointing waveringly at Klavier, a slight giggle came to her voice, "You know already know Klavier, right? Julia pointed to a spirit medium looking girl with a ponytail, "and Felix over there," Pointing to a 20 year old guy talking to another taller, and shier looking guy with long black hair, in dark clothes, "And he's talking to..." Squeeing for a moment, Julia looked away shyly as she tried to hush her voice, "You know I told you about that cute guy I liked? Omg- that's him!! That's Andrew! I don't really know the rest though..."
Giving Angel a hopeful look, Julia grinned, "Are you going to join in? The game has been really fun so far!"

Anyhoo, tried to do a bit of exposition on Trucy to get a good feel for her. I'll fill in her shoes for a while since nobody's taken her slot yet. And yeah, that was a pretty good post Mia. :3))From what she had heard it sounded like Mr. Gavin wasn't going to leave any time soon. The young magician leaned closer towards Phoenix, clutching onto the sleeve of his shirt. She had already calmed down a bit but she was still worried; not for herself, but for her dad, and her Prince too. But Ms. Aimee was there so things were going to be okay, right? Mr. Gavin won't take her daddy away again, right? Mustering up her happiest smile she looked up to Phoenix. Trucy wanted to show him that she was okay, or even if she wasn't she was going to be strong.
Klavier's eyes caught sight of Ema who had just joined the circle. "If it isn't my Fraulein Detectiv," he cooed. He was hoping she would come by for the young fraulein's party so he was happy to see her. He was always happy to see her. Leaning forward slightly a playful smile curved up the rockstar's lips. "You didn't have to be so shy about it. If you wanted a kiss from me all you had to do was ask, ja?"

Reverting back to giving Trucy a cuddle, Phoenix asked, "Feeling a little better now?"
Darren glanced up at Ema stuffing her face with snakoos. He didn't understand why Klavier was being so cool to her. He found the face stuffing un appealing. I guess she'd be alright looking if she wasn't cramming her face, Darren snorted thoughtfully, She looks like she's grumpy as heck though. What a let down. Sean is still the most appealing chick in the house... Besides top knot girl. Adopting the defeated position as she remembered how she totally ditched him and fleed to the kitchen, he didn't know if his angel was still there. IT was all so fast...

Klaviers statement caused for Ema to almost choke on her snackoos, she had the urge to slap him, that stupid fop. But aside from her anger, a slight blush crept up her face.
"Believe me, I do not want a kiss from you!" The detective excuded as her cheeks turned to a somewhat darker shade of pink.
From deeply in her heart she wished for that not to happen, she wouldn't know what to do. She looked away from him and continued eating, her munches not as loud as before.

Freezing in fright as his name was called out by a female sounding voice that was approaching him at a very high speed, Phoenix eyes widened, barely having time to scoot Trucy off his lap to investigate, before the red head bowled into him side first onto the ground, opening the front of his robe, exposing his chest ((why not?)). Looking up at the fangirl, a stream of words fled from her mouth.
"NicetomeetyouIheardaboutyouincourtandohmygodIloveditandyouaresoooohot~"
Still stunned from the epic glomp, Phoenix continued to watch her in shock. The girl suddenly got a pad out of the lining of her skirt.
"Idrewpicturesofyou. Wannasee?"
Finally gaining his senses back, Phoenix slid over to lay on his backside, propped up a little by his arms, and looked at the sketch pad, to show a picture of himself in court yelling "OBJECTION!". Glancing back up at the girl, Phoenix raised his brow,
"Um... are you a friend of Trucy's? I didn't catch who you were..."
(Are you wanting her to squee over Phoenix the whole game? I can give fanservice if she's going to react to it right)

Also, Blade, will Dawn be joining the spin the bottle game for a bit? And will Apollo take the case? Justin hasn't expressed any interest about it in OOC, so it's either he doesn't want it or he didn't catch it. xD And uhh... where is Apollo? Last time I read he was in the kitchen. Is he still there? o.o))
Klavier reverted back to his seat with a muted chuckle. He found it amusing how his Fraulein Detektiv reacted to his advances; she says she doesn't want to, but her cheeks tell a different story. He was entirely serious with what he said though. If a young lady asks for a kiss, he would gladly give it! If asked properly, of course, and under certain... conditions. Klavier loved women and thought that all women should be treated like princesses, but he was only human and thus had his preferences.
"PHOOOOOOOOOENIIIIIIIIIX WRIIIIIIGHT!!!!"
The rockstar closed his eyes. That high-pitched squeal, that elongated exclamation, that thundering sound of footsteps... it could only equate to one thing: fangirl. He knew that formula far too well.
"H-Hey!" Trucy stuttered as Phoenix scooted her off of his lap hastily, landing on her bum in an ungraceful fashion. Watching with wide-set eyes as her father was viciously attacked by an unknown woman -- who was talking way too fast, by the way -- she stood up and pumped her fists. "What are you doing to my daddy!?" she demanded, her cheeks puffed in an effort to appear aggressive.
"Idrewpicturesofyou. Wannasee?"
Now that she could understand. Trucy squeaked as the woman took a sketchpad out of the lining of her skirt. Wow, where did that come from? Was she a magician too? Taking a few cautious steps forward Trucy peeked at the drawing as the woman rambled on. "Woooow..." she stared in awe, "It looks just like him! Daddy, look!" Trucy cheered, snatching the sketchbook from the woman's hands. Grabbing the sketchpad by the sides the young magician turned it to face towards Phoenix, her arms extended, and giggled. "He has the spikey hair and everything!"
