That Larry icon made me think of something. Because he and Pearl totes became BFFs in 3-5, do you think they'd conspire together to keep Phoenix and Iris from getting back together? They'd probably come up with some kind of hair-brained scheme to make Iris fall in love with Larry so that "Mr. Nick can be with Mystic Maya."
And that raises another issue. How would Iris and Pearl bond as sisters? Would Pearl accept Iris as her sister?

That's pretty much how I am. It's kind of unrealistic (hur hur, talking about realism in the Ace Attorney series) to just pick up a severed relationship from five years ago, but it seems like there had to have been something back then, so why not try again without the secrets hampering them?
