Living Area: Both in Uptown Heights (they live together), but they keep their house relatively modest.
Gender: Both male, of course.
Appearance: Jay has medium-length black hair, has hazel eyes, is about average height and weight, and usually wears blue outfits. Jeremy has almost-glowing blonde hair that goes down to about his shoulders, has green eyes, is slightly taller and thinner than Jay, and usually wears green outfits. Both of them wear black tennis shoes that look almost too dressy to be tennis shoes, have black belt packs which hold all of their investigating items and some miscellaneous stuff, and wear silver bracelets on their left wrist which are dotted with tiny blue gems that seem to glow unnaturally.
Personality: Jay and Jeremy are brothers, and they're about as close as brothers can be. So close, in fact, that they have been called by some "the J-twins" even though they are not actually twins. They love to meet new people and are always willing to get to know them. They are detectives, so obviously they have a curious, investigative nature and are always questioning and exploring. They are fascinated with things they can't understand, such as paranormal phenomena. The brothers are kind-hearted and are usually casual, but can get serious if the situation calls for it and sometimes they like to wax philosophical and sometimes that puts people off. They've learned to tone that down, though, but sometimes they just can't help it. Somehow, they know something about the "world outside", so they may sparingly switch into "in-character out-of-character" mode or make a joke about it. Even though they live in the Uptown, they have a real down-low, humble demeanor and don't feel like they are "above" anyone. Polite, outgoing, inquisitive; these brothers are definitely interesting characters. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the brothers are also deeply fascinated with music and have learned to play it without an actual instrument... yeah, weird, but it's awesome nonetheless.
Other: Jay and Jeremy don't know how they ended up in Origin Trail, but sometimes they wonder if this is the place where some of their other adventures take place... and wonder if they might actually meet themselves someday. They have been in so many different situations, they are willing to accept that just about anything can happen. The brothers definitely have a lot of "war stories" to share if people want to hear them.
