Turnabout Attorney is a manga by Arkillian. =D The preveiw's good, but i can't buy it. *grumble mutter*
The artbook looks cool. My dad says he'll get it for christmas, so i can "copy the pictures from the book, not print off all 9of those pictures from google" XD

Um... Turnabout Attorney is a fanfic I'm writing- I did a teaser comic for it... you can read it online for free if you click my banner. The fanfic is also in that thread it links to. I'm also selling it as a limited edition comic. The comic looks a TON better in person btw...
It's mostly the fanfic, btu most people know it for the comic ^^; I never intended on selling the comic- I was talked into it
That's ok though. Some people don't read fanfics, so I'd rather they get something from the comic, but some people don't give them a go- I hoped that the comic would hook an audience for it :)As for the art book... the long wait before I can get Boarders to order me a copy... aiiiieee.... Also, two things about Australian release:
1. There's no release date, so either it's still Nov. 13 or Oct. 30 (hopes for latter)

Just shot down to Borders after a half-day of school and a long time of waiting - the book's not there. I asked them to punch in the title of the book, and it showed a release date of November 2009. They had two incoming copies, but they were on order. They also showed me borders.com and it was on backorder on their website, shipping in 4~8 weeks. The date was still listed as October 30.
I happened to have spoken to that Borders' inventory director during all this, who was able to reserve me one of the two incoming copies to the store, and even she found it as very strange. The only theory she could come up with at that moment was that Udon didn't make enough books and was extending the production run (I don't know if it's true - it was only a theory from a Borders worker.)
And I just checked Amazon and the release date was, indeed, pushed back to November 13. I didn't hear about this delay, but it's affecting all the major retailers. Am I the only one who hasn't successfully gotten a copy?

The person who replied said they would release it in stores "around the end of November." I wonder if people who preordered it online would get it sooner, or if it doesn't make a difference either way...

What really gets me is that Borders still says October 30 and on back order, Amazon still says the 13th, and that Udon still hasn't updated its site to reflect the very obvious delay. When you literally hear four different dates for a totally awesome book, it's VERY confusing!! November 29th is a Sunday, which is bizarre. I don't know if publishers operate on Sundays, but under normal circumstances that wouldn't be a business day. Then again, bookstores tend to have more lenient hours than regular stores.

I can't get super saver if that's what you mean? I'm in New Zealand. I have to pay for every cent of the postage if I buy it from Amazon. I'm hoping it'll stay below $100NZD so I can afford it at all T.T Currently, I'm down to $3 in my savings post Armageddon (An NZ sci-fi / comic con) and purchasing a new car. I wont have much more money in my next month's pay check either after I pay for the stuff this month that I didn't last month XD Art fees and stuff T.T Aiiee... Aww man looby, that really sucks. u_u I'm still trying to figure out when the heck Borders is even getting a copy in. UDON hasn't given any info on a concrete date except "the end of November" when I emailed them, so I suppose we're SOL until then. Whenever I speak of this book, it's with a mixture of anticipation and fury. Mostly fury because I don't know what the heck is going on and I can't wait to read it in my mother tongue (I don't like having to refer back and forth from a kanji dictionary - I am still learning kanji!)
It's pretty darn popular though.

I don't know exactly how long the books were delayed. I know one of the art books (I think it was the Mega Man Complete collection or something) was delayed several times then eventually cancelled.

I can confirm that, Baron.
German Amazon dropped the price too (http://www.amazon.de/Art-Phoenix-Wright ... 27&sr=8-17), but doesn't have any release date at all. Seems like they don't have any clue whatsoever.
