I don't know how the AAI style works, but the gun's style kinda doesn't look like the rest of the sprite.

Now to the work itself:
I'll agree with Aura with the gun. Also...Shouldn't it be a bit different?
More like the second gun (handgun) from the AAI - 1?
Other thing bugging me is his wrist, or more clearer everything up from that.
It seems bit...Unnatural way to hold a gun.
Try dittoing it with your own hand and you should be able to know what I mean.
Other than that, nothing to nag about.

In my opinion if you couldn't do better you shouldn't complain...well unless it's something VERY obvious that but the gun is only sewed to the thing so the angle is explained.
The only problem...and it's purely a personal thing. Is the decision to change the lollipop to a Cigarette purely cause I liked the fact Badd was really a good 'pure' guy despite his obvious darkness but hey that's your call Ceres.
